This company was a good listing option until....
This company was a good listing option until they started to charge an expensive "closing fee". Other MLS services do not charge this, therefore our company will not be using US Realty again.

I sold two homes using US Realty as my…
I sold two homes using US Realty as my broker and saved thousands of dollars in commission fees. In addition, the fees saved allowed me to be a little more flexible in what I could accept as the contracted sale price.
My property sale information was listed, as promised, on the MLS, Realtor.com, etc.
If in the future I have any real estate to sell, I will most certainly list it with US Realty.

USRealty saved me a lot of money when I sold my house by owner. Funny coincidence just this weekend I was talking to someone about how helpful this is. Listing agents are not really needed. Buying agents are more needed, providing you are confident to sell on your own, USRealty is the best support for that.

Sold my home by myself!
The process to get set up seemed a little bit tedious (since I was unfamiliar) but was totally worth it!
I sold my home for 2% commission instead of six, plus around $800 in fees for the listings etc.
My neighbor had just sold so I had a good comp which is why I didn’t want to use a realtor. Once my home was listed on realtor.com, I received several calls and sold my home in a couple of days for what I expected to get. I did have to negotiate concessions on my own, but felt it went pretty well. Great experience, and totally worth it!

Tech won't let me put the market…
Tech won't let me put the market commission rate in Texas. Max I can put is $100 and no tenant realtor will show my house for that price. This causes confusion. When I called csr was very rude and didn't care. I am a landlord and you lost a loyal repeat customer because of your don't care attitude.

US Realty were easy to work with and…
US Realty were easy to work with and got my home in the MLS. A realtor eventually sold it to her customer, so I paid about 3% instead of 6%, a savings of $9000.

There were a few unexpected charges but overall - I would do business with this company again if I decide to sell my home. Just read all the information carefully to keep from being surprised. Note that I sold my home with no mortgage so if you have a mortgage that may/may not be a problem. You have to order the FOR SALE sign from them - they don't automatically send it.
