They gave me most of the tools I needed to
Sell my home. Didn’t get the addendums or area specific forms to go with contract. But the buyers agent provided what was needed so it worked out fine
I am a former realtor so I am familiar with process...don’t know how others do with this

Overall this system saved me a lot of…
Overall this system saved me a lot of money and got the realtors interested at half the commission. I also received follow up e-mails at appropriate times to help.
What was difficult was getting e-mails from different addresses and for different things making it difficult to keep it straight. I was able but it was confusing.
What would help is a cheat sheet that describes the process in one place. and not the legal document that is 100 pages of nothing.

I actually had a very good experience…
I actually had a very good experience with USREALTY. The only drawback might be communications. When Realtors call interested in the home it is automated and sends a message. Some times the realtors get frustrated because they have to leave a message and can't talk to a human until I call back. But for the rest of my experience with USREALTY I have no complaints.
I recommend them if you are willing to do all the showings and most of the work, you'll save a lot of money.

There was always someone available to answer my stupid questions. I had never sold a house before. We had hired a realtor who did nothing at all for over a year. When we switched to USRealty, the house sold within 2 months for over the asking price. We saved thousands in realtor costs. Great experience.

Horrible..
Horrible... NEVER AGAIN!!!
They did absolutely NOTHING to assist us in selling our home... and then made it very difficult for us and the buyer when we did sell it... Would never use them again!
