Simply a great experience
Saved 7 k easy.

Process went pretty smooth. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was contact back and forth was through email only. There was never a phone number for questions. I would definitely use them again!

Did not feel like it was worth the money to pay for the support. When I needed something I feel like I didn’t get the correct information. Penalties for late submission of paper work and lots of hidden fees if you don’t do something correctly. They don’t answer their phone and you will have to leave a message. It did save money from a traditional real estate agent but without the guidance the advertise.

This service provided me with everything I needed to sell my home and save the normal commission cost. Responses were a little slow from the assigned realtor but wasn’t a problem.

I used this company on the advice of a family member. At first I was skeptical, but I am so happy I decided to use them. I saved thousands of dollars in realtor fees. Any questions I had were answered extremely quick and I felt very confident in my endeavors. If you'd rather pocket some extra money at the closing of your home, this is the way to go!!!

If you only want to pay 700 to sell your home then use US Realty. Choose one of the options they give you, in my case i chose the 700 option and you get mls listing, a licensed agent and they are only an email away.

Fast replying too.

Then, tell the buyers agent they only get 1.5%, not 3.

I will use US Realty again and again.

Customer service is terrible well I guess you get what you pay for

USRealty was great. I was notified immediately each time a realtor wanted to make an appointment for a showing. It was an easy simple process to list my home with them and their customer service was excellent. I did have a surprise a closing, I had to pay US Realty $350 as a standard fee. Somehow I missed that in the paperwork, but it was still better than paying 3% to a selling realtor which would have been thousands of dollars. I sold my house in three days for $10,000 above the asking price. I definitely recommend USRealty and I will use it again the next time I have to sell my home.

The only issue I had was figuring out how to update and load pictures and information onto the site. The interface was a little tricky. Also, I did not know ahead of time the space allowed for the description of the property and ended up having cut information out. It would be good to know ahead of time. I also did not know that MLS required me to measure each room...no biggy because I was still living locally. I did provide the buyers agent the usual and customary 3%, but still ended up saving thousands of dollars. Our attorney provided the standard forms for real estate transactions.

Quick to take money and not having seller understand all.

If you know your own market, this is a great way to sell your home without expensive commissions. The company listed our house on all the major listing services, updated our information for open houses quickly and was easy to work with. Saved us thousands in fees.

I was very pleased with USRealty's service. They simplify the process of arranging showings of a home and reliably communicate with you. Their website is straightforward if you need to make changes to the listing of your real property. All offers are reported promptly. USRealty offers a no-frills, low-cost method to have your property listed for sale on the MLS.

I was not impressed with the broker that was helping me with the sale of my house, he would tell me about showings late and would time to answer my emails. When the house went under contract I had to contact the buyers agent to keep the process going due to him relaying messages from the buyers agent late. I will never use this company again.
