Fairly easy process. My package included the ability to adjust my listing and change price as often as needed. I was able to save over $6,000 on selling commissions by paying only the buyer’s agent a standard commission. My only advice is that if you are not familiar with laws and regulations for selling your home, pay a little bit and talk with the broker and/or have him review your listing to ensure you aren’t violating any laws.

Not a winning team for me. They do not have weekend phone hours or evening phone hours and that is when I needed help. Caution: If you sign up with US REALTY, they will put a freeze on your free public advertising accounts (like Zillow) and you will have to pay USREALTY for sufficient or additional photos or alterations to your Zillow ad. Without signing up with US Realty, this service is free. I only signed up with US Realty for the MLA listing and this was not needed. MLA only brought calls from realtors trying to get the listing or ones who wanted to negotiate their commission IF they showed/sold the house. It sold in 10 days through Zillow. House hunters today are educating themselves, and finding the house on their own or telling their realtor they wanted to see it. I would never list on MLA again.and find the companies like US Realty unnecessary in this market.

Because i didnt understand the process of selling my home from disclosure to setting up the closing.

Then whim too talk to setting up the pix. How to delete them so forth .

You get what you pay for, 400+$ to post on the MLS without a middle person taking 2.x %.. IFF your house is in a certain bracket, sure 2.x% is a couple thousand $. When 2% becomes 11k+-, JOG ON.
USRealty saved me 11k, still had to pay the buyer agent 11k, but ill figure that out on the next house. For my first time I am content. Broker was minimal friction, although I wish he would have asked the buyer to pay half of the buyer agent like I suggested. Super simple. DO IT, and help control middle men/women gouging your free equity! ;-)

Read the fine print, you get charged every time you change your listings, the listings are hard to read, limited pictures, and constantly emailing trying to sell you add on crap. There are many companies that do the same as USRealty, try them, one good thing I can say we went with the upper package, on our closing we only owed them $300.00 not a percentage of sale.

Everything went well, the only 2 things negative was that most real estate agents are not familiar with their process and there are extra charges if you want to speak with anyone in person by phone about any questions you may have.

Would be better if there were a physical person to speak with who is more responsive. Thanks

After signing up for the service, weeks had gone by and finally a random person who came to an open house told us that they tried to call the number on the sign and put in the MLS listing and no information came up. I don't know how long this issue existed but it was very difficult for people to contact us in the first 4 weeks through the service because of this error.

got offers and showing on my property within a week. what else is there to say? use USrealty to sell your home! Period.

I had 2 real estate agents list my home for a year and for no sales or traffic.
When I used US REALTY and put info box out my home sold in less than a MONTH!
AMAZING... I saved money and sold my home for what I wanted. I am a true person with this true story!!
