I was having problems setting up a new ISA account on line, so I called the customer support number. I got through to Josh who was very helpful and patient. He guided me through the process as well as doing a lot of the input for me. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and the excellent service provided.

The reason becuase I found lots of problems just to transfer my funds to another provider on muturity, and I have received a letter from another provider you have released the funds.

Quick and clear responses to both my emails about an issue I was experiencing with 2 factor authentication in respect of maturity instructions.
