I requested the interest certificate to be sent by post once available but instead I was told the interest will be sent by mail from May onwards and you can print it yourself. That is very helpful. Have they thought about people having no printer at home?

New accounts
We recently moved house and customer service handled the change of address opened our new account, arranged for the 40 day account to be closed and transferred into the new account when the 40 days have expired.
All carried out very efficiently 😉

It was good to be able to open a Trust…
It was good to be able to open a Trust Reserve Deposit account online, and load the necessary documentation.
However it wasn't obvious that we wouldn't be able to open another linked account, e.g. 6 month Bond, or be able to transfer money from one account to the other without getting in touch.
When we did get in touch, accounts were opened, and funds were swiftly transferred.
