Spoke on phone to discuss rates/quote.
Scheduled an appointment to finish paperwork, have my vehicle inspected etc.
Was completed and on my way with a loan within 30 minutes - thanks ladies!!!

At the end of the day, you're getting a loan against your car. If you don't pay it, you'll lose it. The interest rates are high, but if you go to the likes of Wonga etc, then they're even higher.
I would give a higher score if it wasn't down to the fact that:
1) I was late with a payment as there was a problem with work paying me, as a result my car got clamped and it cost around £200 to remove.
2) I know get constant emails and letters asking if I'd like to take out another loan.
Ultimately, if you're desperate for money, then it's handy to use. But if you can make do without it, then I definitely would.

A very friendly and helpful service. Interest is steep obviously but no different from any other company. The team were extremely helpful and the whole process was quick and painless. The after care was absolutely excellent

If you need cash quick to pay any unexpected bills they are great. If you get into any financial difficulties making your monthly payment they are very understanding and will help in any way they can. Would certainly recomend.

Used these guys several times and always an absolute pleasure. Staff are wonderful in particular Maggie. Wonderful all round!
