I was very pleased with my dealings with Van Monster Warrington , having spoken with Chris a few times on the phone regarding the vehicle I was interested in, I called in the branch (which was very clean) on Saturday 07/02/2026. The Van I was viewing was parked on the front ready for my examination. The van was prepared well, and in good clean order. Any questions I had Chris answered, and I happily purchased the Van.

Martin was amazing from start to finish.

From walking through the door initially to collection of the vehicle he was extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. I never once felt rushed, like any of my questions were a bother or made to feel stupid or bad (this is still a rarity unfortunately as a woman buying a vehicle).

His communication throughout was excellent with regular updates and kept me in the loop with the multiple people he had to speak with to get the van sorted and ready.

I would 100% recommend anyone, especially women, to give Martin and Van Monster a visit for their next vehicle. I won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you for making the whole experience a pleasant one!

Good selection of vehicles to view and test drive. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Rory and Lucy at the Dartford Agency were extremely helpful, professional and amicable, informative regarding necessary paperwork and procedure to complete the purchase without a hitch. The basic checks were done, oil, water etc before I drove away but couple of days later using the screen washers found them not to work.

Brian made the whole experience so easy and hassle free, from first seeing the van on the website to collecting it today he was first class. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again and again as our company grows
