Customer service amazing, had a mix up with my order and vape.co.uk promptly sorted it out. I’ve been ordering for a while now from here and wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Next day delivery is brilliant. Would HIGHLY recommend this company

New to ordering online and this place was so easy also liam was amazing sorted my queries within seconds amazing human response instead of a chat bot. Will be ordering again very soon can not fault anyting

My first order didn’t arrive. No fault of vape.co.uk - the post office delivered it to a different address. Photo of (not my) front door for proof. However after contacting ‘vape helpers’ and a shortish wait my order was replaced.
It did take a couple of emails - as they said they were investigating and would get back to me but didn’t until I mailed again.
However, it was sorted and replacements sent.
I love that there are real humans there to talk to straight away and they are friendly and efficient.
Second order just placed and fingers crossed the PO deliver it to me this time
….edited to add - second order received day after ordering plus free gift from the scratch card that was enclosed in the first order.
Really excellent service so my original 4 stars are now 5!

Best place to order your vapes , been ordering weekly for the last year or so, always kept up to date with progress of order and delivery is fast, on the rare occasion there has been a issue I can honestly say there customer service is outstanding! staff go above and beyond, Which lets face it is a rarity these days, I wouldn't order from anyone else now.

I have been ordering from vape for a while, the items are always delivered quickly and i am happy with my purchases, I have never had any issues with any orders and have even won a few free vapes from the scratchcards that come with your delivery.

Great prices. So much cheaper than my local shop and super fast delivery. On my first order I got a voucher for a free Lost Mary 600 vape. I used it with this order and received another voucher for next time. The free chocolate is also a nice touch. Thankyou.

Quick delivery. One juice was out of date. Emailed customer service, and a replacement was sent out the same day.

This Darwin CBD is quality stuff and I'm really happy i found vape.co.uk as their prices are so much cheaper than other suppliers, I will 100% be ordering more.
