Had a issue with a new device it appear used however this may have been a manufacturing issue as the device was sealed provided pictures and a new device was ordered for me no hassle no nothing just outright respect for the customer

I've made two orders now, and both times I've just had the best service.
Shipping is free over £20, which is just great to start with.
However I also asked one of their advisors a question via web-chat: spoke to a human immediately, they were super helpful, gave me all the advice I needed, and didn't try to upsell me or even convince me to order through them. I was just given all the info I'd asked for, really clearly, with links, and it was amazing.
Also when I did place an order, I made a request in the additional info box and it was actioned INSTANTLY and the Order was processed within a few minutes with an adjustment.

Really, really great service all round.

And the prices are great too, I've had a good BOGOF deal on liquid and the kits are cheap while still being good quality.

Nothing is too much trouble for Eva and the team - I’ve chatted and chatted constantly worrying and changing my mind what will/wont suit me…
They’re very patient and full of vape knowledge so if you’re new to vapes do not worry!
It doesn’t even matter if you do or don’t end up making a purchase they genuinely enjoy their work you can tell.
Made a few orders, very quick and easy and when one item wasn’t to my taste they offered a refund (which I didn’t need to ask for) and the helped me place a new order…
I messed the new order up (too quick and added too many items!) and Eva immediately amended my new order so I could still get my items the day after.

Alway a good experience experience

They got back to me within 5 mins, I emailed with an issue. The whole issue was resolved in half an hour and I recieved free vapes as compensation. They're very nice people. I was surprised.

In particular one of your team members who goes by the name of Emma was a complete legend very polite and professional and makes customers feel at ease , was extremely efficient in getting my issues or and queries resolved and kept me informed and up to date every step of the way, I recommend a 75% raise and a 15% bonus of the total of her yearly wage, really nice person and does your company proud thanks emma

I ordered 2 refilled pods for next day delivery when the pods didn’t arrive I got in contact with them and they refunded the delivery charge and said to get in contact with them if it doesn’t arrive the day after.

This company went above and beyond in their customer service,such a shame all companys cnt be like them,will definately be using them again excellant company.

This company is a godsend for me to find. Long term pot smoker that wanted rid of tobacco but, was sceptical anything would work for my pain as well as the real.deal but, I have been able to half my tobacco intake in the first 3 days.
