I’ve made many orders with Vape.co.uk, since I’ve switched from smoking to vaping. What made me go with this site is the amount of info about every product, and if you need help a human is on chat straight away!

One of my last orders had a hiccup and they sorted it out and went above what’s expected from the customer service they could’ve done.
They sent a replacement out, with some extra items and 2 free little chocolates - makes you feel appreciated as a customer. One of my pet hates is companies that take customers for granted, and I didn’t get this vibe at all.

Would like to shoutout Eva for dealing with this in such a friendly and professional way.
It keeps my custom with this site.

Amazing customer service, ordered a few weeks ago from them but found out one of the cartridges were faulty, spoke with one of the team members and I got quick service and very kind service, I would definitely recommend this site to others.

Just ordered a vape pen and got confirmation email right away. Less than 10 minutes later an email to say it has been dispatched! (Next day delivery as order amount qualified for free next day) Impressed so far.

To be honest I can't fault them, they always send them out for next day delivery and there customer service is brilliant if I've ever had a problem, they sort it out straight away

I have received a faulty refillable vape and I reached out to vape.co.uk. My issue was sorted out right away and I was sent a replacement. The customer service was great, I really recommend this vape shop.

They offer a wide range of e-liquids, coils, mods, and accessories. Shipping was really fast, and items arrived well-packaged.

The customer service is also a standout. Josephine was very knowledgeable about the products, quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested products that suited my needs, she was responsive, friendly and happy to answer any and all questions. I also got a great deal on the items I needed, which is a lovely bonus.

i ordered a refillable vape and some cbd e liquid and one was missing when i noticed it was missing i got into the live chat and they said they will send one out today and should be here tomorrow i will certainly be using them again

I ordered some coils for my vape after speaking to a gentleman on the website chat, they were delivered and didn’t fit. Confused, I sent an email and Luke responded, and it turns out I just needed a different pod for the coils to fit. Luke sent out replacement pods for my smok nord for free, with next day delivery. He was quick to email me back, got it sorted the same day and even threw in a little chocolate and some vouchers for freebies with my next order. An overwhelmingly positive experience. I love the new Angel 20000 vape kit which is great value at £11.89 each with 2 x prefilled replaceable large tanks and replaceable pods (also filled). They're also doing a 2 for 1 offer! With a wide range of flavour options these are great value with the convenience of disposable but also replaceable pods and tanks at a reasonable price.

Vape.co.uk also offer the cheapest replaceable pods for other vapes, I bought pods for my Geekvape for just £2 each.

Had a problem with delivery due to Royal Mail delaying my order by 4 days but customer service resolved very quickly by resending my order via DHL and said I could keep both orders which was very nice of them.

Customer service is top notch they reply in a few minutes always and are super friendly and helpful team which shows they value their customers.

I highly recommend this company for all your vape needs. They have a wide range of affordable products at the best prices. And they offer free next day delivery on orders over £20.

They also allow ordering as late as 7pm for next day delivery still which is rare. If you've missed a cut-off time for sameday dispatch and are stuck just pop over to Vape.co.uk for next day.

My go to online vape store, always delivered the next day, love the little scratch card idea with a chance to win a freebie, only ever had one mishap when I was sent the wrong stuff, but they reshipped the correct items the next day and told to keep the bits I was sent by mistake.
