Used to ve good at fast delivery but now waiting 4 weeks and they don't reply. I am now instructing bank fir charge back as taking my custom elsewhere. AVOID these who don't deliver or reply!!

First of all so as to not scare anyone, like i was after reading the reviews, this place does not appear to be a scam. I did eventually receive my order.
My order was placed 19th October and arrived 30th October so not the next day delivery as advertised. I believe this shop is having stock issues and maybe to busy for the orders they are getting. Communication was spotty and it lead me to believe maybe i was being scammed after reading other reviews however the shop came through in the end and delivered before deadline i gave them before i was going to raise a dispute with my credit card company. The order i recieved had a few items with different flavours however they compensated my delay and order innacuracies with an extra box of vapes.
This conpany came good in the end i will try them again. However advise everyone to contact them with there intended order ahead of purchasing to verify they have everything in stock to ensure a timely delivery.

Bought vapes that like everyone else , never recieved them!, how are they still allowed to trade?, has anyone else nanaged to get their money back?

Now tomorrow I will contact my bank and other relevant department to take action I wish to see them in prison how they scamming people

Placed an order with Vape Area Wholesale back in September(16th) and never received anything. I chased several times and was told to fill in a refund form, which I did, but weeks later I’ve still not had any refund or proper reply.
They used to be reliable, but something has clearly gone wrong — I’ve lost money and patience. Now having to contact my bank to get my money back. Really disappointing and would advise everyone to stay away until they sort themselves out. Now over a month!!!!!!

They are now a scam website they will take your money and send you nothing.
I've used them for a long time without a problem but this time they have robed me.

Ordered in July, nothing delivered, requested refund in August and was told it was being processed.

Still no refund, no reply to calls, messages or emails

Never had a problem till last few months now ur literally just fobbed off with excuse after excuse. After waiting 3 weeks for vapes that was 1-2 delivery and still receiving nothing although many phone calls where i was tolds they will be with me in 2 days. Which resulting in asking for a refund

Scammed me for £251 no products and keep saying refund be in my account in 24 hours then saying their account froze and dealing with it.SCAMMERS

Received a phone a week ago call that got very heated. Owner promised to send goods, still no goods or money back. BEWARE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. REPORT TO ONLINE FRAUD AND YOUR BANK OR CARD PROVIDER. THESE GUYS CANT BE TRUSTED ‼️‼️‼️

they scammed me out of £325. they said their account was locked and told me to tell my bank to give me my money back. my order is from june till now. im very disappointed. can anyone tell me how to get my money back.

Scammed me for £350,, clearly company is going bust and scamming as many people as they can before then.. actually had bought and received vapes from them before so didn’t think they where a a scam, But clearly caught them as they are going out of buisness. Wish I had seen the many reviews from the last month or 2 with same problem as me.. they also have another website, vape area uk, run by the same scammers

Placed an order on the 31st July, sent an email on the 6th August to find out where my order was, they did respond on the 07th August to apologise and promised to send it that day which they didn't. I emailed again yesterday to notify them of my intentions to recover my money if no refund within 7 days. I have reported the business as fraudulent to my bank and will be instructing a solicitor to start legal proceedings for a small claim.

This is not how a company should conduct itself if that's even what it is!!!

I placed my order for £197.71 which cleared on 7 August 2025 paid extra for next day delivery and I still haven’t received my vapes please get this sorted out asap thanks

Please avoid this company placed an order for over £200 and they didn not send the order didnt answer any emails or whatsapp messages and have cleaverly set up payments as bank transfers so you cant get your money back. Have reported the website to drading standards. Once again please AVOID!!

Vapes did not arrive, they do not answer their emails, chat feature or whatsapp. Bank now in process of getting money back. Do not use this company
