When you order from Vapenology you should know that they turn around & source your order from fasttech.com then add a 60% markup on what you pay for an item. The vast majority of stock they list isn't available until they order it on your behalf & you'll have to wait anywhere from 1-2 weeks for delivery.

They don't offer anything to justify the ridiculous markup they add. My suggestion is that you shop elsewhere.

This company never fails to give its customers great deals and an affordable range of top E-cig merchandise.

they have good communication but i waited over a week for a order and they also said that because 3 coils was faulty in one pack they would send me 3 replacements which i did not receive

A brilliant company with first class customer service, if you have any issues they WILL sort it out for you, highly recommended.

Ordered once in the past & had a little problem with shipment but with a busy schedule to keep up with. I can imagine it being hard.
I then recieved an email off Liam personally short after doing everything he could to make up for the mistake & made my transaction a happy one!
This is the main thing any customer can hope for from a company, that they would go the extra mile for their customers which Liam most certainly did!
Why wouldn't you use a company which shows trust & loyalty towards their customers instead of just another number with money?

ordered on 24th june had email to say goods on the way still waiting! its been 21 days now and no reply to emails this company is a shambles.
day 22 and we have a delivery!! Great item good value but very poor customer service.

Originally my order didn't go through due to an error with worldpay, and as I didn't have an account with vapenology, there was no record of my order. But once I emailed the team, they sorted everything out for me and got my items sent out super fast (considering it was TPD sale week). Part of the order got missed out but again, the team sorted it for me and the missing items got sent out shortly after.

Liam the founder of the company is a top guy. To me customer service is all about how the company looks after you if problems occur . This guy always text me back personally and all I'd ordered was a£20 tank. He owns the problem and rectifies it and makes things happen .
You can buy from this guy with the confidence in that everyone who buys a bottle of juice or who buys multiple items will receive the same service. I know that from my experience
