Honestly if I could, I'd rate them negative five.
I purchased an item on preorder in April 2018. I finally got a refund through PayPal 8th October 2018. I understand I'd have to wait for the preorder, however it said three weeks. After a few months I messaged the site and got a very apologetic email. So I waited. When I messaged again I got ignored. After a bit of web searching I found a mobile number so I messaged it. Started off apologetic, but after a few messages started getting shirty. I waited again. And got ignored across all platforms. I opened a PayPal dispute and finally got my money back. Def the worst customer service I've ever experienced and maybe the worst site I have ever used in the history of the poxy internet!

If you want some sound advice, NEVER buy from this site. Go to Vape Club. They are the best. Best customer service, best selection and nearly always arrives next day. And I get free stuff from them ALL THE TIME.

Edit (22.10.18) Just thought I'd come back to tell you bought off Vape Club again and it's arrived next day and they refunded me 7 quid out of 60 for being a good customer. Beats this site hands down

Same here, ordered in March, £50 paid by bank transfer. Item was never delivered. I asked for a refund two months later, they replied asking me for details over and over again. After a few months, around July, I've got tired a decided to contact UK customers advice. It didn't get any better, circle of forms, links and good words. Avoid this company.

had the same problem as the rest of you,goods paid for not received no reply to email?have asked for refund from paypal and will take a printout of this page to fraud squad to see if there is enough evidence for a criminal case

I originally purchased from this UK site as i didn't want to wait for international delivery times, this was on the 21st of June and tonight i finally received a refund thanks to Paypal.

Useless company takes your money and thats it. Don't send your stuff out or reply to emails and the number on the site doesn't even work. Absolute joke

Ordered a tank, paid for the tank have no idea where tank is as these clowns cannot Roy to emails. Four emails sent not one reply received.
Now I will start a PayPal claim against this mob of imbiceles.
Do your self a favour and stay away from this so called company.

morning all I've had the same issue with this company ordered a mod tried to email fb message with no replys from them also tried calling but the number is not recognised so I made a claim through paypal and I've won which is great because I'll get my money back

Ordered coils 10/6. After not hearing anything I emailed and was told there was an issue at customs and I would receive a free 120ml liquid bottle. Would have been happy with this. Email received 17/7 saying dispatched with no tracking number, estimated 3 to 5 days for delivery. Have emailed several times and is now 3/8 and I cannot even get a response. Phone number doesn't work.

Ordered previously back in Jan and the same happened but they were in contact and I eventually received my order. Just respond to me and tell me what's going on or give me my money back!

I have been fobbed off numerous times by this company until they started ignoring me all together. I ordered a vape device over a month ago but they claim that there is a problem with customs or some such nonesense. I have had to contact PayPal to try and recover my £60.

I can only imagine that some of the recent positive reviews must be fake as they have been absolutely terrible.

Do not buy from this company!

Ordered 4 packs of coils costing £40 on 18/6/18 and on 4/7/18 I sent an email to ask when they were being delivered as website stated 6 days.
On 6/7/18 I got an apology email stating my coils had been held in customs because it contained batteries ???? W T F. I was told that it would be dispatched in 2 weeks and as compensation I would be given a 120ml bottle of e-juice.
On 17/7/18 I got an email stating my order was shipped and would arrive in 5 working days but no tracking number included.
It is now 1/8/2018, they have not responded to the email asking where my order is that I sent 3 days ago so i'm now contacting PayPal for a refund.

I ordered a tank, but the next day I canceled the order. You promised to get my money back but never arrived. Only lies and promises. They just steal your money. They are not in the vape community.Avoid,far away.

Received my smok mag kit today, works mint, along with the HP potion strawberry milk. Definitely buy from vapenology again. Cheers

Super cheap, item as described, delivered a day early than estimated. I didn't have 1 issue what so ever.

This was the last email they sent me after waiting around 5 months for an item I pre-ordered after having already followed up SEVERAL times with them asking whats going on with the order... Absolute joke of a company.

"My sincere apologies for the delay in replying we have had a big issue with my internet provider having connection issues with our website and was blocking all access for over a week. I have tried everything I could but all my internet including on my phone is through Vodafone (who had the issue)

These are currently on their way to us and I’m going to be honest it’s going to be a couple of weeks till they arrive at the moment I am sorry for this. This is due to the delays with Christmas, new year and then the Chinese New Year."

This was after they had previously asked me just to "wait a couple weeks longer for the items to arrive" more than once. And then have the cheek to use bad internet service, Chinese new year and xmas as lame excuses.
Then when I asked if they had refunded my money they tell me "yes its done, if it hasn't come through check with your bank".

Funnily enough the money hasn't come through... Most probably because you haven't actually refunded the money!!

Paid for a RDA via PayPal and 1.5 months later still not here, first excuse it was that there was a problem with customs, second that for some reason I wasn't on their mailing list, third that it got lost in the post. Now I asked for the order to be cancelled and they told me that it will be posted tomorrow. Asked them not to send it and opened a PayPal case.

Very bad company. It took over 3 months to get my order. I contacted the company many times but they just gave me bad excuses.

I’ve always had a positive experience when ordering and purchasing from Vapenology. I know some have had issues but I can honestly say that I have had none.
I like the ease of viewing products and I also like the fact that the products are bang on trend. Just what I want!
The prices are competitive and that is one of the reasons why I order from these guys. That and I know my new mod or tank or juice is always on its way without delay or worry that what I’m paying for is cheap imitations. Always genuine products. What more can I say?! Get on the site, order and you won’t be disappointed!

Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. Ordered a vape, waited for a good few weeks with no sign of it. Emailed and got a cock and bull story about why it hadn't turned up. Stupidly said i'd wait for it rather than get a refund. Then got an email a few weeks later saying i'd got a refund when i hadn't. Emailed again to ask where the refund was and got fobbed off saying I needed to phone my bank to "do a chargeback on the transaction". Never heard of such a thing.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered mad dog rda. It said on the site available in 5-7 days I was like thats fine I can wait a little. After over a month of waiting and numerous failed attempts to make contact I requested refund on paypal. They didn't even bother to respond to my refund request on paypal which at least works out in my favour since I got my money back. I wouldn't use them even if they have low prices there are much better shops out there.
