I cant give this company the best review. Mainly as even though I could contact the company easily, I never recieved my products. I would give this company another go for definite hopefully I might recieve my products this time.

Vape wouldn’t charge tried to send back don’t hear back from them didn’t receive a replacement or my money back so have lost £30 DO NOT USE THEM unless u like paying for nothing

I bought my e-cig with Vapenology and they really helped me on confirming some specs and recommending the right battery, before purchasing. The delivery was fast. I had a great customer experience.

I have nothing but good to say about this company my purchases av come in good time ... They have good offers regularly... Their products r always of Good quality... Very competitively priced... n wot I didn't no was that the company is run by 2 people wi full time jobs and familes which is unbelievable to be honest especially considering that they're prices etc r v competitive against the other big companies, (which I thought they were until recently). They also have good offers on quite frequently if u let them send u emails. Well done vapenology😉

Wrong coils sent out in error but that's an easy mistake that many other vendors have also made before with the same coil (there's 6 different coil options/types for this tank) but unlike the rest, Vapenology sent out the right pack free of charge, let me keep the first pack of coils I received AND sent another coil (different type from the other two ) with the replacements just to apologise. They answered all my emails promptly and were extremely polite and helpful, even despite me being a massive PITA!
I ordered many times before and after this instance and everytime without a hitch, each delivered promptly. Highly recommended!

Just received a sob story (email) asking for good reveiws from this company, giving every excuse that exists and more for poor service. They are well known for poor service and I will not be persuaded to part with hard earned money when there are many 110% service minded online stores with great prices/selection to choose from.

Only place I could find that had the mod I wanted in stock in the colour is desired. Excellent lead time and a great price to boot. Would definitely use these guys again.

Truly awful experience, I received the wrong item and little to no help in replacement or refunds. Contacting the company was also very difficult, they seemed almost evasive. Would not recommend, there are far better retailers out there.
