Cheap prices and excellent customer service!

Had a bad experience with this company in the past, but my recent order was perfect came the next day! Vapenology has changed completely very fast postage and Liam is invested in his customers. Hopefully they can keep this standard up and it will be perfect!

Ordered a RDA for £30 and has taken almost a month to arrive although I emailed them and they said “we should have a delivery coming in next week” however that was two weeks ago now and I emailed them again and they have not replied for two days now.

After contacting Liam that my order had not been received he recent my items out free as a good will gesture thanks

Do not order off them my partner ordered a vape cost him £60 tried to contact Liam and he not answering the phone keeps saying he dispatched it and it hasn’t turned up been waiting over 2 weeks and still not turned up so he asked for a refund and he is now ignoring us. Sent us a tracking number which Royal Mail can’t track...AVIOD THIS WEBSIT SCAM!!!!!

Ordered a £60ish vape and recharable battery from vapenology, and would never do so again.

Liam simply doesn't care that he's telling you one thing and doing something entirely different. After multiple emails chasing the delivery of the goods, and being told at multiple points the vape was either A: On the way (without providing proof of postage), B: Going to be posted today/tomorrow, or C: Already delivered (what?!), Liam changed his story so many times it was difficult to actually ascertain what was going on.
After this utter disgrace of a trader continued to disregard any form of contact, a refund was requested BEFORE the goods were sent. This was again ignored, with Liam stating the vape 'had already been sent'.

Utterly abysmal. Avoid at all costs.

It all took a while. Ordered a mod and a vaping bag. Knew I had to wait until all was in stock at their premises (which took longer than expected) and the UK customs delayed the whole process more. After it finally hit Belgian soil everything went fine. The vaping bag however wasn't the one that was ordered. Vapenology was very quick in refunding an agreed amount and got to keep the wrongfully sent vaping bag. All in all good follow up, but you have to have patience. Can't help for blaming the customs as well...

Good selection of products, some bugs with confirmation emails, and there is a slight wait to receive products, however the customer service is amazing and makes up for any issues I've encountered.

Allways had good experiance with these guys . Fast delivery and allways reply fast !

On my first order they sent the wrong coils. My second order they didn't even send out. I had to really hassle them to get them to resend the order, they told me twice that they had resent it but nothing turned up! I asked for a refund and got nothing back, had to hassle them again before they would actually send my refund. The whole thing took about three weeks, absolutely unacceptable! Avoid this company!

awful customer service! Nobody answers emails or telephone. I ordererd 2 weeks ago and still waiting

Have to be honest after reading some of the reviews was worried about the service but went a head and ordered on a Sunday and was here first thing Tuesday morning no hassle the VW Mod was well package and arrived perfect will definitely be ordering from Vapenology again am a long time vaper so a checked my order thoroughly and it passed all checks that a made all original and Perfect A++++++++++++++
I recommend Vapenology totally great all round

I ordered a new mod from them 19 days ago. Their website stated 4 - 6 days for delivery. I'm at day 19 still awaiting my item.
Not only their delivery prices are over the norm, the service you receive is sub par.

to be honest communication wasnt bad Liam is a nice bloke but it took a lot of emails and texts over a 4 week period to get my delivery! basicaly You order from them then they order from china then send it on to You. So if your not bothered about waiting use em if not then dont. i would strongly advise not paying extra for fast postage as it will probably make no differance at all!! I certainly wont use again as i like My stuff delivered the next day.

Ordered three sets of coils never received them! After contacting them on 3/4 occasions all I got back was your ordered has been shipped then order complete email and nobody ever answered my questions. Terrible site do not use

Waited 2 months for my purchase had to swop for something else as they couldn't provide what I paid for then they got the replaced item wrong.lack of communication no apology...poor show. Don't shop here
