Always get my stuff in the post when it says it will be delivered and the quality of goods is always high

Have placed orders and never really had any issues. All vaping gear is well priced and a good service provided..

Ordered a few times from Vapenology. Some times postage is abit slow but they always answer emails and the item always arrives. Not had any issues so far.

Let’s keep it simple. The price was the lowest of 5 companies I searched. The item that turned up was what I ordered and authentic. It turned up early.

I have used Vapenology a few times for various items and each time I have been very happy with Delivery times and customer support and would recommend them to anybody! Keep up the good work!

Never had a problem with this company polite and cooperated well with me.

Twice now I have ordered something and they have failed to tell me. Vapers will know that when you need an item (Coil, liquid) often it's urgent. Ridiculous.

Do not under any circumstance order from this company , I placed an order 4 months ago and yet to receive my goods, was told sorry we're busy and as a good will gesture I'll get the goods and full refund , now received an email saying I've been refunded yet no money has been transfered to my account or any good will items sent, going to trading standards also seeking advice on getting my money back , sick and tired of this

Clearly unorganized, slow to respond to emails, order not even in stock (in fact not even ordered from supplier) after 10 days.

You don't sell something you don't have in stocks for crying out loud.

Find a better shop.

Ordered on 12 dec . Order stated 6-8 days. Contacted them after Xmas . No apology . Only stated it would be in the new year. Still no sign. I have never known guys that genuinely care this little about customers. This is the worst service ever. I can’t stress enough AVOID. Keep your money because you don’t get anything for it from these people.

Waited nearly 2 months for delivery & was sent the wrong coils, not the ones requested despite messaging several times asking where my order was. Will not be using again.

Ordered two Drop RDA’s on pre order, both arrived without too much delay. Well packaged. Son and I thoroughly enjoying them. Thank you for a,great service.

Poor service. Delivery took over a couple weeks to arrive. In the end Sent wrong products and never received correct ones, chased them for over another month. I Gave up in the need. I wouldn’t bother with them.

Just read the reviews and thought what a muppet I am! Same situation as most, ordered a product and guess what... I’m still waiting since I ordered on the 21st November. Absolutely horrendous company. Quick to take money, but no sign of my goods! Will never use you again. Awaiting news on my request for a refund...

Oh dear, how I wish I had read the reveiws on this company before ordering from them. I am having the exact same problem as the unhappy people I have read about. Ordered a product I assumed in stock, had to chase them about it, got a very short reply about stockcoming in later that week. Have chased again and the stock has still not arrived. How many online retailers have no idea of the date their stock is arriving!!!!!! Not at all happy with the service - oh what service. They should amend their delivery commitments on their website as they DON'T contact you in any shape or form, you have to do all the chasing. It really isn't good enough, customers should be able to make an informed decision on whether they wish to wait for an item or shop elsewhere, but we don't get that choice as it looks as though everyhing on the site is in stock, clearly mine wasn't and I am guessing I am waiting for Liam and his mate to pop over to wherever it is they get their stock from and bring it back. Very quick at taking the money but nothing else from them. Do yourself a favour and avoid, it's a world of pain.

I would strongly recommend not to order anything from this company as I recently received an utterly appalling service . Although, they created a very convincing, legit website, they lacking on experience and how to run an efficient and speedy business. They do not seem to be having any clue I do not believe they have a carrier for their deliveries as they have to do it themselves at the local post office.. Unimaginable having to think that these gays are still working as bakers and run their vaping business at the same time. They do not offer any tracking number for the delivery as you won't know when your item is gonna be delivered.. Useless ringing Liam mobile number as he never answer it... Emailing them and you lucky if answered within two or three days,,, coming up with excuses and nonsense.(.we sent it ....will be receiving in a couple of day or within the week...) I waited three weeks for my order and still waiting as I write this.. Come on Liam, Honestly you stop taking the p....and treat your customers as they should be treated,

Not sure what other customers are complaining about. Vapenology (Liam) was great from start to finish with my questions and the products are great. Highly recommend and will be my first choice from now on
