I used the Vickery branch in Camberley to sell my parents property. The service was professional throughout and I was kept informed at every stage. After the first sale fell through due to a break in the chain further down, Vickery's ( Richard Orne) responded quickly and efficiently and a buyer was found two weeks later after an open day viewing. I would recommend the team at the camberley branch and would use them again.

Vickery handled the sale of our property and the experience could not have been better. Initially led by Edward and subsequently Lewis, we were kept fully informed on developments and viewings with a regular call each week to discuss.
A nice touch was the selling team visited our property at the beginning of the marketing period so they were familiar with our house when undertaking viewings.
After the property was sold (STC) we were also kept up to date with all relevant details pertaining to the sale.
We used their All-in-One package in conjunction with Specialist Property Lawyers which worked extremely well.

Ryan struck the right balance between keeping me informed about properties and asking how my sale / search was going without feeling like I was being harassed. Fantastic support and service from Lewis at the Camberley branch from start to finish. Although the process turned out to be far more complicated than I had initially hoped, Lewis handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care throughout.

What really stood out was his attention to detail, thorough due diligence, and the consistent communication at every stage. The regular updates and touch points made a stressful situation much easier to manage and gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly.
