From the very first time I called Vickery and spoke with Edward Whitaker, all the way to exchanging contracts, I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism, diligence, and good humour with which we were supported through the process of buying a house. The whole branch works brilliantly as a team, from senior management to front-line staff. Toby was our main point of contact once a buyer was found, but Edward, Charles, Matthew, and Lewis were all consistently proactive and supportive throughout.

With the purchase of my first home had multiple challenges due to my inexperience, however Toby and Edward conducted the whole process in a professional and reassuring manner.

After the disappointment of missing out on it the first time round they was quick to notify me when it returned to market and get me in contact with the seller.

The weekly progress updates was a nice touch and being in contact with my solicitor and broker directly sped up the process to approximately 12 weeks including Christmas shutdown.

If/when I come to sell my property I’ll definitely be in contact with them to assist me again
