Vicrez.com Reviews

So I've purchased a few items from Vicrez and had a couple of hiccups that were quickly resolved by Vicrez. Sadly the biggest hiccup I had was my order for my CF equipped Steering Wheel. I was sent a steering wheel without the LED. No big deal, they had another one sitting there that was close to what I ordered. Not exactly but pretty close and they sent it overnight. The replacement steering wheel was also missing a small part, no biggie they sent the part overnight. They did their best to make things right.

Let's talk about the steering wheel,
Pro's
1. It looks GREAT
2. LED works great
3. Feels nice but...
4. ODB2 splitter
Con's
5. Really bulky
6. ODB2 with 2 connections causes lag (probably more of an ECU issue)
7. Expensive
8. Could have added better LED info or hell options, like pressing combo buttons could control some button function, like turning on methanol setup or switching tune MAPs.

The fact is I love it, I wish it were the one I ordered originally but again, Vicrez tried to make it right.
Today when I look at the steering wheel and compare the size in the picture to mine, it doesn't match. I mean the one in their picture looks slimmer than what my actual steering wheel looks. All in all it's a great addition to my build.

I love this place I have bought a few items from here and I love the way my car looks definitely buying more items in the future. Thank you

Vicrez is an amazing site and business! They have many tutorials and videos over parts you could be interested in! Their videos on YouTube help a lot with figuring how parts go and how they look! Their website is also very organized! They ship out their parts very fast!

Ordered a set of Charger side skirts from Vicrez and got a great price on-sale. Quick shipping and they were well packaged. Can't wait to get them painted and installed!

I was referred by Flat out to Vicrez to purchase a spoiler for my 2020 Dodge Charger. I called customer service and the personnel was friendly and checked the item number to ensure it was in stock. I paid to expedite my order and the lady asked to call her back with the order number from the purchase, so they can quickly process the shipment in which they did.

Has yet to fail me and products are always good looking and have hardly any flaws. When it comes to customer service they are always helpful and are always available.

Product was spot on. Never an issue. Always receive exactly what I expected. I’ll always order my products from this company

I'm in love with the steering wheel, took delivery of that bad boy today and I can't be more stoked to install my new LED carbon fiber steering wheel.

I love the fact that I can order from these guys and never be disappointed in my order. They always come out with the nicest things first.

Very easy to navigate and find the right product for your vehicle, really helps to have the suggestions list as well. I was worried about mix ups but it’s so simple and easy.

Products and service are top of the line.

I purchased a rear diffuser for my 2021 Dodge Charger Hellcat Redeye shortly after my purchase and I could not be more happy with the product I received. I have bought other brands in the past and this was my first purchase from Vicrez. I was shocked how sturdy the product was. Other brands have been very flimsy and did not seem worth the price. I have sent my friends over to Vicrez and they have purchased products also. I absolutely love that Vicrez offers discounts on their products. Very rare to see that on other competitors. I will continue to buy from Vicrez, you have my business for life.
FYI: I added the white vinyl for the stripes, it does not come like this stock.

This place is awesome! Their items are incredible. Its amazing how well they are and they are surprisingly not that expensive.

They should be in partnership with Dodge! Parts and service top of the line!
