Delivery was super quick
Delivery was super quick, jeans are great but waiting for them to give . Bought the 24 which is normal size and hoping the stretch version will give after a few wears.

The bela midi dress is exactly what I was looking for: a simple elegant shape with unusual sleeves and ruching. The attention in the shop was first rate, the alterations carried out invisibly and quickly and lovely Nana couldn’t have been more helpful.

Abysmal customer service
returned items using the supplied dpd label, need to contact them as problem with the return, never anyone on chat and no one answers emails so ive not received the refund and no one to contact to speak about it, abysmal customer service

Poor lighting for make-up area
Visited the flagship store whilst in London, to purchase a few bits of make up. The store is so incredibly dark (think Hollister back in the day) that it makes it impossible to view the shades of the make up and match to your skin tone. When I asked a young sales assistant for advice on one brow pencil colour she simply said “yes because it matches your roots”!! She allowed me to try it and, thinking it was the right shade I purchased it (a very rushed experience… “do you need a bag? Do you need a receipt?”) but now being home (in a lit room) it’s totally not the right colour so I’m now stuck with it. Hey ho.
