Needing help l rang Vida Savings and got quick and decisive answers to my queries,followed by a text later from Swags confirming successful completion of my problem Excellent and very prompt service .Five stars-could not have been more helpful.

I have needed to phone Vida several times concerning a transfer of an ISA to Vida from another bank. I have spoken to Jack who answers the phone almost immediately. He has always been helpful in giving me progress on the transfer. Very satisfactory!

Okay on Tuesday I ordered an leather lap top bag personalised for my daughter in law who is 30 on the 4.2.. arrived on Saturday... incredible service and the bag is fantastic just perfect 🤩 I would definitely buy goods from this company again very pleased, thanks out

At the last minute we needed a live in carer to look after my 94 year old mother who suffers from dementia and has limited mobility. The problem I had was trying to get someone over the period from 24th to 27th December inclusive. Not easy. I eventually found Vida on Google after speaking to several agencies and was assured that there would be no problem. I interviewed three prospective carers via video link and found a lovely carer called Heather who had full experience working with ladies with similar profiles to my mother. Her name was Heather and she was fantastic with my mother.
I eventually worked through a chap named Mike in the office whose dealings with me filled me with confidence in Vida.

My father has been receiving care throughout the week for the past few months. He has 2 regular carers and 1 emergency carer to cover if a regular carer cannot make it. He loves having the same carers and enjoys their company.

Vida have been very reliable, where as previous care companies have not. They keep me constantly up to date with my Dad's condition, so I can have peace of mind whilst I am at work.

I would definitely recommend Vida.

My 96 year old mother is receiving a very sensitive and responsive service from a young carer who has very quickly built a great rapport with her. From the initial enquiry with Vida to meeting the carer and dates being in place was about a week. The carer is respectful, kind, communicates entirely appropriately, and has managed every aspect of my mother's needs in a way that has allowed my mother to be relaxed and lessened her anxiety. No request has been refused, no problems of any kind encountered. I'm very happy and relieved that my mother can continue living in her own home with family and carers supporting her. I'm getting extra Vida cover now as this first experience has been so positive. I would and do recommend Vida unreservedly based on my experience so far.

After abdominal surgery needed help with everyday chores. Was assessed well and provided with the help I needed quickly and efficiently. After six months assistance am very pleased with the help given.

I have only started with Vida for 2 weeks, and both weekends they have let me down.

The first Saturday evening they had no-one to come to me, then yesterday they told me someone will be coming but in reality, they screwed up, so I ate at 9.30pm once they found someone.

I am very independent, but this is no excuse. With their prices they charge us, they should have plenty of staff working.

When I do get care, the staff are good.

No organisation at all.

Won't recommend.

I have tried and tested multiple care agencies over the last few years, all of which I have had many issues with. Using Vida was incredible!! From the first moment I called them, to the moment a carer arrived, it felt like they were my family. They are warm, helpful, and will not stop at anything to ensure you are looked after. Every single person I interacted with at vida made me feel safe. The carer was incredible also. Vida seems to be truly changing the care industry! I recommend everyone to use them for care!

Vida has been amazing from the offset. My mother has Alzheimer's and myself and my family were struggling to cope with her deterioration. The Vida carers came in 4 times every day and supported mum. We now have team of 3 fabulous live-in carers who live with mum on a rota basis. I feel that we have our lives back again and that our mum is happy and enjoying life with her team.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a parent in 'old age denial'. Someone who says they can care for themselves, but can't. Mum wanted to stay at home and I needed support with someone I could trust.
VIDA is the care I was introduced to. Merina came and assessed my mum asking what things she would like and taking a real interest not just in her needs but her lifestyle. A plan was sorted on number of visits per day and week. This year I took a holiday knowing my mum was well looked after and a bonus was they kept me informed by text and email. A fabulous team and to be truly recommended.
