Booking went very smoothly.
We were surprised that we had to pay the full sum at once when booking, while it actually said "free cancellation" for a certain date. Why not pay on arrival?

Als ik op zoek ben naar een hotelkamer…wil ik onmiddellijk op de hotelwebsite terecht komen: letterlijk in de kamer, en mét tarief in gewenste valuta.
Als ik op zoek ben naar een hotelkamer wil ik niet lastig gevallen worden met gedwongen accounts, bv. via Apple of Googel. Voortdurend je e-mailadres moeten invullen, wachtwoord etc. in plaats van te doen wat u móét doen: helpen een kamer te boeken.
Ook is uw omgang met valuta uiterst frustrerend. Geef de klant zelf de mogelijkheid om de valutasoort te kiezen en dring de klant geen valutasoort op van het land waar hij zich toevallig bevindt: in mijn geval Suriname. Ik wens niet lastig gevallen te worden met SRD-tarieven voor een hotel in Deventer. Ik mis een knop om van SRD een Euro of USD-tarief te maken.
