Kindly do not mislead and spread false information with our customers.
We have fulfilled your order which was placed in Feb 10. Then you filed exchange and the exchange itself was received back in Feb 18th. We need some days to fulfill order, we can't just ship exchange right once we receive it , especially during weekends.
Our customer support agent is replying fast within 12-24 hours. We don't see any issues behind the communication.

not all cuts of the suits fit the same
I’ll most likely purchase more suits in the future. i did notice not all cuts of the suits fit the same. The pants were a little little bit bigger from one suit the next, but overall sizing and fit was very nice.

It’s a beautiful suit however
It’s a beautiful suit however, after carefully taking my measurements the site recommended a smaller size than what I always wear. I ignored it and purchased my usual size. And it was still too tight on me. The pants are a perfect fit but I would have to return the entire suit, purchase a size up then would have to take the pants in for alterations. Not happy about that at all. Also, the inside chest pocket was torn. I probably won’t purchase another suit here.

Suit is great
Suit is great. Customer service is terrible and slow to respond. Don’t pay extra for expedited shipping as this won’t be honored and they will still send the cheapest way possible. Package was posted UPS surepost not expedited. I had reached out and didn’t receive a response for 5-6 days from customer service. Dropping to one star after their pathetic attempts to be right.

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience and misunderstanding happened between us.
Let me write down the chronology of your order, so we will see if we didn’t follow the contract between buyer and seller:
1) Order was placed December 21st.
2) We have fulfilling period of 1-3 business days + shipping 1-4 business days.
3) We start fulfilling next business day.
4) The package was fulfilled and dispatched Dec 22nd Friday with UPS 2 days delivery, that can be checked from tracking number UPS website.
5)Since we were right during Christmas and Pre New Year Eve season - all shipping companies have huge delays, especially UPS/USPS. We have no control over the packages in transit.
6)The ETA suppose to be between Dec 27th - Dec 29th , however, as I mentioned above the shipping company delayed. All questions should be addressed to them , why they are delayed during high season.
Moreover, our agent did inform you about the delay on Dec 27th.
In conclusion, we outlined all important chronological events for the order. We believe, the rating “2 stars” isn’t valid as in case of the shipping delays, we don’t take full responsibility.
We followed the buyer and seller contract, we provided prompt and quick information and informed in advance about the delay but it wasn’t noticed.

Inconsistent sizing
Fabric was nice, but the sizing ruins everything. The pants were longer than the inseam stated. I’d estimate they were 34”. The 42” jacket was snug. Felt more like a 38” and the vest felt like it was about a 46”. Tons of excess room in the waist of it - especially for a “slim cut” suit. Had high hopes, but definitely don’t work for me.

One of the main things and points in choosing a suit is sizing. Many people mistakenly think that they can buy the size they usually wear with other brands which is false. Suit sizing varier from brand to brand and it our sizing is different. Most probably you picked size according to your other suit sizes you usually wear.
After placing an order, we send automatically follow up email where we request: shoulder / chest / waist (stomach). By this way we can determine best size for you.
You should also keep in mind that we don't custom suits and our fitting is slim fit. Once you receive a suit, depending on your body type, the fitting and sizing of jacket/pants might be slightly bigger/smaller. For instance you are too long, and size which is advised by us won't fit you, then one size up will work.
In cases when it is a loose, you should tailor it the way you want.
Pants are always coming unhemmed, it is normal. We are giving opportunity to tailor the suit the way you want.
Specifically, in your case we didn't receive any information with requested measurements.
We would love to resolve your issue by exchanging your item, feel free to email me at sales@viossi.com. I will take your case under personal control and make sure to consult you properly. In addition, we would love to provide 15% OFF for your next order as complimentary.
