I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like Virage London genuinely deserved one. I’ve ordered from them a few times now and every experience has been consistently great. Love the quality of the jewellery.

What really makes them stand out is the customer service. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve replied quickly and have always been friendly and straightforward. No generic copy and paste replies, just actual people who care and know what they’re doing. They’ve sorted things out for me fast each time, and it makes the whole process so easy and stress free.

Virage London has become one of my go to brands for jewellery. If you are thinking about ordering from them, I would definitely recommend it. Great products, great service, and a company you can rely on.

My experience with Virage London has been one of the most unprofessional and stressful customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any retailer. What started as a simple sizing question turned into a completely avoidable mess because their customer service gave me the wrong information from the start. They didn’t bother checking the clear photo I sent and immediately told me the item was wrong, then sent a replacement which caused even more confusion.

When the owner got involved, the tone became confrontational and inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging that the confusion came from their own team’s mistake, I received defensive messages, accusations and completely incorrect statements about the law. I acted in good faith the whole time, yet the replies I received were not what any customer should ever have to deal with.

I have had to edit this review because the company publicly responded saying they “have no record of me placing an order.” This is simply untrue. Before they posted that, I had already forwarded the full email chain directly to their support inbox — including the email from their owner accusing me of “fraud and theft” and threatening to charge my card within 24 hours.

Since Virage publicly claim they don’t know who I am, I am posting the exact email their owner sent me below, word-for-word, so people can see for themselves what was actually said to me privately. This is copied exactly as he wrote it:

EMAIL FROM TOM (OWNER OF VIRAGE LONDON):

"Thanks for your reply.

To confirm and as per the evidence, we did send you the correct order and item from the start. You are indeed correct that 'if the sizing had been checked properly, this entire situation would have been avoided'....which in all honesty, you failed to do.

It was measured incorrectly by you and then you claimed incorrectly that we sent you the incorrect items, leaving an unjustified review which is now evident that it is completely untrue.

In good faith we reshipped your order, even offering you an additional free product but it still comes to light we provided you with the correct item.

So, please confirm which day this week we can collect your order, from Friday onwards.

If you do not confirm this within 24 hours then we will charge you for the extra 2 items you have received, as you clearly will not commit to sending them back, which in short constitutes fraud and theft.

Therefore I look forward to you cooperation to ensure the other 2 items not paid for are returned to us within their original condition...otherwise you will be charged.

Please do just let me know which date is best for us to arrange for Royal Mail to collect from you.

I will let people judge for themselves how this email lines up with their public claim that they “have no record” of me or my order. My only intention is to be transparent so others can see the difference between the company’s public statements and the messages they send privately.

I ordered a Cuban Braclet from Virage and would highly recommend this company.
Delivery is fast and the product is well made, looks amazing and is of excellent quality. Customer service is faultless.
