ViralHog has been hands down an absolute pleasure working with. Everything was quick and easy. The staff has always been great and quick to help with any questions I had. Its been two years now and I still get a surprise check in the mail from time to time. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

They have wide variety of great contents and videos are updated daily. We always find great material for our producers and they are always extremely happy with the contents. Everyone at ViralHog is very helpful and always very quick to respond to any kind of requests. They are very friendly and professional. Always a pleasure to work with them!

ViralHog are absolutely hopeless at promoting videos. They like to find creators videos on YouTube that they think are going to get a lot of views, convince them to sign a contract with them whilst giving them false hopes of making some money, then once you've signed an agreement, they put a copyright claim on your video and that's literally it. They simply collect money from your video on YouTube, and they do absolutely nothing to promote it elsewhere. I've told them I'm not happy with them and that I'd like to cancel the agreement (since they are essentially doing absolutely nothing to benefit me whatsoever, it's all about them collecting money from my video), but they are refusing to cancel the agreement, claiming it would take a lot of work to do so. Please don't reply to this review ViralHog, I don't need to hear any more of your regurgitated bs. You know what you're doing wrong, cashing in on everyone else's hard work and giving nothing but false hopes in return.

Reply: Yes, you profit when your customers do, which is what you are doing here, you are profiting from my video on my YouTube Channel, the only thing is, you are taking half of my earnings, and that's all that's happening here, you're not generating any income from my video elsewhere. Furthermore, my video is not new, it's almost a year old. And although my video was big news at the time you convinced me to sign an agreement with you, you did absolutely nothing to promote it at the time as your intent was to cash in on the success my video was having on YouTube without having to do any work on your end. There was no termination clause in my agreement that's true, I can actually see where certain clauses have been removed / amended before you sent it to me, clearly an attempt to try and dupe people who haven't worked with you before and don't know any better.

I give these guys 3 stars because they did a better job getting my video out there than I could have done, but here’s my experience...

I thought my video was just not that interesting because only one outlet had purchased it. Then a buddy reached out to me saying he saw my video on Instagram. I did some digging and started finding my video on a lot of websites. I reported what I found and got a response on some of the reports that the video was legally purchased. I reached out by email asking about this because I haven’t seen any money from these purchases, and they replied saying it was in fact bought but hasn’t processed through accounting yet.

These videos in question popped up 3 weeks ago, and the one I got paid for was bought 2 weeks ago, so I thought to myself, must be different processing times. I emailed again asking if I could get a list of purchased videos for two reasons... 1. So I know how much I’m owed and 2. So that I don’t spend needless time reporting videos I find that were legally bought. They said they didn’t have access to that and to keep reporting what I find.

This leaves me with these concerns...

1. When people buy your video from ViralHog, you have to trust that ViralHog will pay you your portion. If I didn’t start scowering the internet and report my video, I wouldn’t be any the wiser that my video was sold. And to be clear, I’m not talking about the timeframe it takes to get you money owed. Of all the reports that came back as “purchased” none of them are showing up in my account at all. Not even as pending.

2. Part of the deal was, I make the video, ViralHog distributes and protects it. Why is it then that I found my video in 10+ places that I had to report? And the reports for the Instagram and foreign websites are still open with no attempt to resolve. I’m assuming it gets a little tricky for them with the language barrier?? Not sure, but I sold my distributions rights under the agreement that they would protect my video. I’m not saying they haven’t found and removed my video from websites already, but I found more than I was comfortable with out there.

Customer service is quick to respond, and I’m thankful ViralHog exist because I don’t have the time to get my video out there and keep it protected, but our partnership was built on trust that is dissolving and support that, when it comes to protecting my video, seems to be vanishing.

Absolutely not! Someone reached out about a video. I naively signed a contract and then they continued to pester me to complete my setup even though I explained that I am extremely busy and would get to it when I could. So then when I told them I no longer wished to continue in the partnership, the account manager Hunter said well that's too bad because you already signed the contract and there is no going back. You can't cancel after you've signed, we have the right now. And then they proceeded to upload the low quality version of my video from Instagram because I hadn't sent the video, and let me know that unless I continue on and fill out the paperwork I won't receive any of the royalties. What a shockingly terrible experience. Would NEVER use again.

Wish I could leave a worse review. I’m requesting that my video be taken down and they’re not responding. I’m not receiving money for my post which is ridiculous. I would never recommend this company. Save yourself the time and work with another company

I honestly thought I would make way more money from my video than viralhog has paid especially comparing other people and their earnings from videos that didn't go near as viral as Howard be thy name I'm kinda feeling some type of way and when i said something they responded vaguely...

I have been highly impressed with ViralHog’s highly professional treatment and service for over 2 years now. Never any problems. I fully trust them with my account.
