Sorry to hear you're still awaiting your refund. I responded to your YotPo review yesterday to let you know that your return was delivered to the wrong address. Due to this, it had to be sent down from our HQ to our warehouse. Our warehouse handles returns, so the return can't be processed until it arrives there.
Your return arrived there yesterday and has now been processed. We also submitted the refund to you yesterday. However, as noted in my original reply to you, it can take up to 14 working days for it to appear back on your payment method. It's usually a lot quicker though. Unfortunately, we don't control this as once the refund is submitted, it's down to the payment processor we use to process it and the payment method you used to process it on their side. But, please be assured that your refund is on its way.
Apologies again for the delay with this. Unfortunately, we can't process refunds until the return is physically at our warehouse.

Struggled to get items delivered
Struggled to get items delivered. It took well over 2 months of phone calls before it was delivered. Ordered in November got item February.

Apologies that this happened back in December last year (your order was placed 3 December). At the time, we were doing a massive system and warehouse upgrade. Unfortunately, it didn't go as smoothly as planned and it ended up affecting a number of customer orders. We did communicate this at the time and let our customers know that there would be delays with their orders, but apologies if you did not receive this email.
We can assure you and other customers that these issues were resolved at the beginning of 2026 and we are operating at our usual levels now.

Hotel quality duvets, covers and pillowcases
I have purchased 3 sets of duvets cover and pillowcases including 3 10.5 tog all seasons duvets. They all look and feel like hotel beddings, soft fabric that washes very well and does not need ironing. Duvet coverings and pillowcases are of a very good quality and I have to admit that I always look forward to going to bed thinking how soft the fabric is. The duvets have a very crisp cotton cover which I really like it. Although at the beginning I was disappointed that the stitching along the duvet is only horizontal and not square like I was advised on the email received from customer services, I now like it as all what I need to do is to lay the duvet with stitches running across the bed and not on lengths. I have always used to have 2 duvets, one 10.5 and one 13.5 I got rid of all I had ( 6 for all my bedrooms, and I now have only one 10.5 that is very light ( not heavy at all), looks very thin but at the same time it's very cozy. I have noticed that when it's cold you feel cosy ( not roasted), and when it's hot out it's just perfect temperature. So, this is my favourite duvet. Shake the duvet all four sides and it's quickly flufs up. No more going back to other big named stores to purchase beddings. That's my favourite place. I have also purchased a table cloth, wine colour with roses pattern. Very pretty, nice quality fabric and I love the Christmassy looking of my table that matches the sofa in my living room. Thanks.

Not quite right
Wanted pillows used in Hilton Gatwick.like sleeping on a cloud. Website said the premier suite pillow was nearest but it is not. Harder than expected , comfortable but not sleeping on a cloud . Shame.

Sorry to hear that the pillow wasn't similar to the pillow you used at Hilton. Where did you read that the Premium Suite was the nearest pillow?
The nearest pillow is our V 100% Cotton Duck Feather and Down Pillow. It's not exact as Hilton have their own unique specifications, but it's definitely the closest. We mention this in our blog post here: https://www.visionlinens.com/blog/what-bedding-does-hilton-hotels-use

I sent an email & haven’t heard from you since despite you claiming to respond within one working day.I purchased a duck feather pillow, a pillow protector & a pillow case.Unfortunately the pillow was out of stock & I would have preferred that you cancelled the order because the other 2 items are not much use without a pillow!

This company CANNOT BE TRUSTED
This company CANNOT BE TRUSTED! They PROMISED me delivery on a specific date, but hadn't even sent my order by that date! I even spoke to them by phone before ordering, and they GUARANTEED they'd deliver as promised, and even emailed me to confirm, but then FAILED to keep ANY promises. I've contacted them since to complain, and they couldn't care less. Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs.
Update: Despite what Vision Linens say below, they DID guarantee me delivery by a specific date, both by phone and by email (which, incidentally, was NOT next day delivery, so NOT what I asked for).
Also, the order was NOT sent on the Monday - it wasn't sent until the Tuesday (following my email to them asking where it was).
So, this company can clearly not be trusted - they lie, it's as simple as that.

We do not promise or guarantee delivery on a specific date. Next day delivery is currently unavailable, as mentioned on our delivery and returns page. Standard Delivery is stated as 2-5 working days. Your order was placed on Friday 15th May and delivered to you on Wednesday 20th May, which is well within our stated delivery window.
The majority of our orders are shipped the next working day after the order has been placed. However, we can't guarantee this. Given you placed your order on a Friday and we shipped it on the Tuesday, we believe this is quick service. Our warehouse does not operate on a weekend, so we couldn't ship your order any sooner.
While we can try our best to deliver it earlier on request from the customer, we can't guarantee it. Apologies.
UPDATE: Hi Simon. Apologies, I mixed up the dates, totally my bad. We did indeed send the order on the Tuesday 19th May, I've updated the text above.
However, I've checked the email chain you had with our customer services team and at no point does anyone guarantee delivery. They do say you can 'expect' delivery by Tuesday, and we then apologise that we didn't meet that date. Apologies about that, we should have used the word 'estimated' instead and I will make sure the team are aware of this.
The request would have been put in to our warehouse as soon as you asked for it, but we still can't guarantee that it will be sent within that timeframe. Your order was delivered in 3 working days (not counting the day of the order), which is still well within our standard delivery timeframe.
