Great customer service and quality
I have been using VistaPrint from the beginning (since 2023) and it has been my go to for business marketing designs and prints. The online chat to get help from the specialists before making order submission gives me a peace of mind knowing my order will be done right. And recently I got offered a courtesy reprint sent for free after I found issue with the print color after receiving the order.

Undelivered Package and Broken Promises – Zero Accountability
UPDATE:
(VistaPrint’s public response completely misses the point and avoids addressing their broken commitment.
Yes, the original undelivered order was refunded—which is the bare minimum expected when a product never arrives. However, what remains unresolved is that your representative, explicitly instructed us to incur outside emergency printing costs at Sprintout with a clear promise of reimbursement.
Claiming that "no further action is required" while ignoring the Sprintout receipt we submitted based on your own agent's instructions is a clear breach of trust. I am still waiting for VistaPrint to fulfill the verbal commitment made by your support team and reimburse the secondary printing invoice.)
I placed an order via Express Service (Order No. VP_GTFLSTJJ). However, UPS initially failed to deliver the package. A customer service agent promised in an email dated July 15 that the order would be reprinted and guaranteed it would arrive in time for our event on Friday.
Yet, after sending a follow-up email that went completely unanswered and waiting the entire day on Friday, nothing was delivered.
I subsequently spoke with phone support multiple times. Although the package could not be found at the designated parcel shop, the agent still insisted that I go back and check again because their system showed it as stored there. As expected, this was a complete waste of time.
During a follow-up call, another representative finally admitted that despite their previous promises and my loss report, the team had never actually initiated the re-production!
The lack of promotional materials at our event opening on Friday, July 17th, caused a tangible loss and major disruption. Following the phone agent’s explicit recommendation, we had to go to a local print shop (Sprintout) for urgent printing so that the postcards could at least be distributed for the remainder of the event.
The phone representative clearly stated that VistaPrint would cover the emergency printing costs incurred at Sprintout as long as we submitted the receipt along with the explanation.
However, a month and a half has now passed. Despite my repeated email follow-ups with the receipt attached, I have received no response whatsoever. I am posting this publicly to express my deep disappointment with VistaPrint’s service failures, broken verbal commitments, and utter lack of communication.

Amazing company great support
