Very very slow to make simple updates…
Very very slow to make simple updates to a business card design - which I paid extra for. Claimed updates with on 24 hours. Currently I’m at 3 days and still nothing. Multiple chats with support staff who will “look into it” and no progress. I want my money back.

What a shame , I have ordered business card for my husband , it came like with very low quality and very thin paper , like printing on a piece of paper rather than standard card, I never order from them again absolutely disappointed
