4.5 stars for the communications and booking details are excellent. Lost a half star due to price creeping up. Brian was our agent and he was attentive and helpful.

I enjoyed working with Brian. He was readily available whenever I called and was always very pleasant and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and was patient when responding to my questions and last minute changes. He is tech savvy and was able to quickly source different flight options. He also was able to send me pictures of the seating arrangement on all our flights so I could choose my seats. I appreciated his honesty in advising me about the value of the premium economy options. Thanks for all your help Brian.

We had a wonderful Family trip in Barcelona & Portugal July 2026. Viva Vista Vacations assisted us from the beginning, throughout until the end of trip. Aston put together a memorable itinerary from booking the airline, hotel, train and tours. Once we arrived in our destination, Leo assisted us via whats app, sending us timely reminders, schedule & info about our Tours. Leo was very helpful in reaching out to our hotels and drivers when we needed specific info. He went above & beyond to solve our concerns. I also like the Viva Vista Vacation great teamwork! If one is not avail, another team member namely J. & Mark is ready to help as soon as I messaged. Thank you again for excellent service!

Team did a great job working with me to devise the perfect travel plans for our family. I also appreciated the follow ups with checking in for flights resending activity tickets in a timely manner and answering all my questions and concerns quickly. Team were all super friendly and helpful. Lots of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend using Viva Vista to help plan your next vacation.

While we have not yet gone on our vacation I can share that throughout the booking process Brian was incredibly patient, detailed and accommodating to all of our questions and concerns. We are super excited to be travelling in October.

Booked a London, Paris vacation using Vista vacations. Brian the agent I worked with and the admin team were very thorough and detailed letting me know about the trip options and documents required. Very prompt and extremely courteous group to deal with. I received a great deal and would use again and recommend to others.

Brian explained the details of the deal, mentioned alternatives to better suit our needs and experience, which we grateful accepted, and really contributed to a smooth and enjoyable vacation.
The hotels, specifically Riviera Malta and the Grand Hotel Gozo,and their employees were wonderful and we look forward to visit them again.
Brian and Leo constantly updated us and reminded us of needed documentations, how to use the vouchers and transfers and because of their professionalism and guidance he had a stress free vacation.

I worked with Brian to create a very custom trip to Portugal to celebrate our upcoming 25th wedding anniversary. Brian was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He was available to review each detail and to provide alternatives when I asked to be closer to specific landmarks. I don't think that I could have planned this trip on my own and I am grateful for Brian and Viva Vista Vacations for making it happen. Can't wait to go! BTW, we are going from Toronto to Porto, Lisbon, Algarve, SaoMiguel, Terceira and back to Toronto

Brian and the gang work hard to get you a great holiday at a great price. Double check that your hotel has what you want i.e. aircon, fridge etc and is in the location you want.

Brian was a excellent, he made the whole process seamless and easy, he provided sufficient information for us to tailor our holiday yo our expecy=taions and his efficiency was second to none.

From the beginning of the planning to the end Leo, Mark and every staff member I spoke to over WhatsApp and over email, were polite, accommodating and vey knowledgeable about our destination. We have recently returned from our planned vacation and I have nothing but great things to say about our lodging, flights and ferries we embarked on. My kids, niece and myself included had a great vacation thanks to Viva Vista Vacation and memories to last a lifetime! They were in contact with us often during our vacation and made sure we made the ferries and the flights on time and early check ins as well for our flights. If I could give them a higher rating, I would! They really took the stress away from planning a trip overseas.

I was initially a little sceptical of the numerous positive reviews for this company but after my own experience in booking a holiday I can see that these are justified.
Brian spent much of the day in organising our trip to Ischia in October as we constantly changed our plans and added different requirements! Brian was courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the process and answered every question promptly. This has been very reassuring and we can look forward to our holiday without anxiety. Thank you Brian and will keep you updated when we return.
