Good First Time Experience Dealing with Viva Vista Vacations
Brian was very pleasant to deal with and communicated quite well considering the time zone difference between the UK & Canada. Numerous hotel changes was a bit disconcerting, some of the suggested hotels had bad reviews so shouldn't have been offered & were below the standard rating which was originally offered as part of the vacation package.

Great service from the Viva Vista Vacations team. We had the pleasure of working with Brian via WhatsApp who assisted planning a customized trip to SE Asia (travel date March 2027). As we are four adults, three traveling from Canada and one from the UK, he took into account logistics (coordinating international flight arrivals, transfers, hotel check-ins) to mitigate delays and stride for a seamless travel experience. He is responsive to questions/concerns and kept ongoing communications. Trip was easy to book, pay and change things as required.

The Perfect Agency Experience to Plan our Dream Italian Honeymoon (Thanks Brian and Leo!!)
We had an excellent experience with Viva Vista Vacations! We worked with Brian to book our 10 night honeymoon to Italy and it was absolutely fabulous. Brian was always available to help us in the planning of our trip, and he was very communicative and supportive in making sure that our trip was exactly what we wanted it to be. We'd never used a travel agency before, but had been starting to look at planning the exact trip VivaVista offered on our own, so decided it might be nice to have the extra help, and we're so glad we did! Brian and the team at VivaVista took care of everything while still making sure to check in with us and customize everything to our personal preferences. The timing of our flights were perfect, the accommodations were well located and well appointed, the train travel was planned out to make sure we had time to enjoy on either end, and all of the tours were great! Leo from the admin team checked in with us regularly throughout our trip to make sure we didn't miss any details and were doing well, which was very appreciated and made us feel very well cared for. Brian even made sure to let our hotels know that it was our honeymoon which meant we got a couple sweet little surprises and upgrades. Overall we had a fabulous experience with VivaVista from the easy booking and payment process to the trip itself, we loved the personalized care.

Mark was very patient and diligent with working on my tight schedule and preferences. He always got back to me and if he was unavailable Leo always followed up with me. During my stay in Japan they constantly kept me abreast of my next exclusions, and train tickets. Their colleagues in Japan were excellent! Very personalable and accommodating.
