Immigrating to another country or continent is a task that often features a great deal of demands as well as many responsibilities --- understanding the process, managing timelines, and providing one’s submissions properly and completely – often in an unfamiliar language. This is also the type of experience that someone might have only once in their lifetime and so they will also have no familiarity for any of the elements of any immigration process, which also tends to vary widely from country to country.

Taking this journey on my own became almost instantly overwhelming and so for that reason, I had the team from Viv Europe join me for support. I had checked the online reviews for many support organizations providing this type of service and for my needs and preferences, Viv Europe was a match.

I am now a permanent resident of the country I had selected as my new home, Portugal, coming from Canada. In retrospect, my choice of selecting the team as Viv Europe for support proved to be fortuitous. The Viv Europe team is clearly very knowledgeable as well as experienced --- which provided me with a great deal of support and many reassurances along the way.

Some tasks were simply such a frustrating challenge (such as opening a bank account in Portugal from afar) I don’t think I could have done this without their representation. On the other hand, there were also some tasks that I was able to complete a bit more independently. The level of support I needed, varied widely from task to task and moment to moment and the team at Viv Europe was always close at hand, often helping me to understand as well as navigate the deeply bureaucratic Portuguese processes which sometimes seemed to feature confusing or duplicative tasks.

In addition to the more core immigration tasks themselves, Viv Europe’s team was also able to provide many additional services --- such as helping me locate an apartment that met my needs and preferences while also satisfying the very specific requirements for immigration. They were also helpful for providing me with information about the various medical plans that might be purchased to satisfy immigration requirements.

Towards the end of my immigration process, a team member from Viv Europe was also able to join me for my final interview with immigration officials after I had arrived in country. These interviews might be provided at very dispersed and sometimes remote locations – so, this level of support might not always be possible for everyone. For me, it happened that my interview was scheduled for a location that was very close to the home of a Viv Europe team member. It was such a comfort to have them sitting alongside me during this final step of the immigration process.

For me, it proved to be a wise decision to enlist the care and support provided by the Viv Europe team during my immigration process. Viv Europe was always “there for me” and they also now share is my own sense of accomplishment and pride as I have now become a permanent resident of the beautiful country of Portugal.

I was made to feel at ease and the expectations for the service were set right from the beginning. Matheus was especially responsive to my questions, no matter how specific and really wanted to ensure that I was successful in my application. Even after helping me to complete my Job Seeker application, he was on hand to answer follow-up questions about the next stage, ie. getting a Residency Permit. Would highly recommend Viv Europe to anyone if they would like to save themselves the headache of going through various application processes.

I recently sign in to use Viv Europe service for Portugal Visa, unforunately I has to stoped the process and requested for refund from Viv Europe due to some very urgent family issue, they refunded the full amount of total money I paid them back to my account without delay, It is really surprised for me because I never expected that they could refund the money back. it really shows how legit and honest Victor and his team are. They are very honest and legit immigration company.
I recommend Viv Europe to anyone who wants to migrate to Portugal or other countries to use them.

Our family decided to move to Portugal in May of 2023. We had Visas in hand by the first week of December.

We loved working with VIV because while they were obviously knowledgeable, they are not "know-it-alls!" It was very important for me to have a thought partner in our process who listened to our questions and gave us feedback based on our unique situation. We've seen other situations where people are coached from a script and end up having to do it all over later on.

With all the changes that are liable to happen as you are going through your journey (ahem SEF=>AIMA & NHR ending) you need an an agency like VIV that operates with integrity and humility because we are all navigating new territory!

The whole process was longer than I expected, not the fault of Viv-Europe who helped immensely navigating all the various issues that came up. The only small improvement would be, perhaps better availability to speak with someone, as most of the correspondence is through email. I do, though, now have my residence sorted, so happy days.
