No product and no communication. I ordered Jan 31. I was aware of the delivery delays. My delivery date has gone and past with no updates or responses to any of my contact attempts. If things are delayed, please keep your customers updated/at least respond to emails.

Terrible service. Haven’t gotten a response to several email attempts about my product ordered over a month ago. Still hasn’t shown up. Will never use this company again.

The fact that you want me to download an app to track the package I paid for is highly suspicious. You've lost my business going forward. You want to turn your customers into a product to sell to an app company? DO BETTER.
Update: the item which was listed as in stock didn't ship after 2 weeks. I received an email stating that it might ship in a week and a half, so I had to cancel. Ordered for same price from another supplier and received our filters within 48 hours. Voltage is a scam.

Shipment date consistently changed. Customer service was pretty poor. I understand that there are shipment delays, I just wish the company was more transparent and actually followed up. I ended up canceling my order after waiting months for the product and consistently hearing a new shipment date.

I ordered an Oscar II almost 2 weeks…
I ordered an Oscar II almost 2 weeks ago and it still has not even shipped. Voltage has been very hard for me contact. I am looking at mid April before my product ships. I guess I should have used Amazon. It appears to me this company is selling machines that it does not have in stock, taking the money up front and leaving you with an extended wait time.

Ordered the product three months ago
Ordered the product three months ago. Was sent an email about the delivery status saying it would arrive at the beginning of the month. Now it's the 22nd of that month and I still haven't received my product. I reached out to customer service to inquire and they were very responsive. It now seems my product will arrive in the next week or two, I guess I will find out.
