I recently broke my hand and needed to find a piece of equipment to help me continue to work. Voltage spent time with me finding the perfect automated espresso compressor to make the perfect shot. I felt listened to. Understood. We ordered what we needed and not only are we getting what we need, they upgraded the shipping so I could use it much sooner. This really helps our business. I reached out to customer service and never heard back about when my product was going to ship and the estimated ships date came and went and I never heard if/when it was coming.

I placed my order on 12/17/2021. I was told that the Linea Mini in my order would've been shipped in the week of 01/17/2022. However, it's still not shipped. I emailed about 3 times since 01/17 to ask about update. Only got reply after one week saying "it will be shipped out by the end of this week". And week after week passed, no one replies my email, no one answers the customer service phone call, still no update on my order. If you cannot ship my order by the end of a week, DO NOT SAY "it will be shipped out by the end of this week".

Very easy process is not the first time buying From this company. I sent an email right after the purchase to change the shipping address; it was late, so I didn’t expect a response till the next day, but they responded to me right away with my change.
All the process I did from my phone, including the payment method ( using Apple Pay, also they have PayPal and other options) which is really convenient for me and make me save a lot of time. Now just waiting for the delivery and hoping the grinder I ordered comes with no issue.

Voltage was able to verify the part I needed would fit my older machine and even emailed me a link to the part on their site so I was sure to get the right one. Arrived only two days after I ordered which was an awesome surprise. It was also one of the best prices I could find vs other online part stores. Great job all around!

They are selling something that they don't have. I placed my order in Mid December 2021, and noticed that the delivery will be around the week of Jan 17, 2022. The week of Jan 17th came and gone, no news so far about when my order can be fulfilled and no one bothers to let me know about the status of it. This makes me wonder if the company is legit or not.

Just plan great response to email questions and order changes.

They had a product I was looking for at a good price which included free shipping. Product arrived timely. Their ordering system miscalculated the sales tax and after reporting via email they responded immediately with a refund. I would definitely do business with them again.
