Voltx Battery
The whole process of acquiring and installing the VoltX battery has been a smooth and hassle-free experience. From the initial enquiry through to the final installation, the team was extremely helpful, professional and easy to deal with.
The system appears to be working exactly as we wanted, efficiently using and storing every watt of energy we produce. The app is also excellent and makes it very easy to monitor and keep track of everything.
It’s still early days, but so far we are extremely happy with the system and are hopeful that it will help us save money in the long run. The price was absolutely fantastic and was definitely a major factor in encouraging us to take advantage of the offer.
Overall, we’re very happy with our decision and would happily recommend VoltX based on our experience so far.

Excellent service by company and installers
The company was easy to deal with. The home solar battery was just what I was after and at an excellent price. The contract installers they used for the ACT were a great bunch of blokes & nothing was too much trouble for them who took their time to explain everything. Cannot speak highly enough of the installers. A credit to VoltX Energy.

Responsive customer service
Responsive customer service. Workmanship of installed battery has top notch. Clean up after the job been remarkable. Would recommend.
Only thing to point out installer did not go through the battery app, probably I shld have asked for a demo. However I called customer service and they were more than helpful.
I would advise anyone getting this job done ask installer as many questions as possible to familiarise with the app and battery.

I had my 40 kW solar battery and 12 kW…
I had my 40 kW solar battery and 12 kW inverter installed on 10 August 2026. The technicians were very professional throughout the installation. They did a fantastic job, kept the area clean and tidy, and took the time to explain how the system works, how to use the app, and what I should look out for. I’m very happy with the service and the quality of the installation. Fantastic job, guys!

Voltx solar battery installation
I'm happy with the battery i had installed by Voltx. The installation was easy to organise and the crew were professional. The system instructions are easy to understand. The battery and my pre installed solar have been connected with out any issues. Customer service did follow up with me to insure I understood how the battery worked. I'm Just waiting for the power outage backup system to be installed. I'm assured it won't be very long.

28 kWh Neovolt Battery
I ordered the 28 kWh Neovolt Battery AC coupled. The system is a budget one but very good value and has a decent app. It was installed within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering. The customer service was fine, but responses to my questions over email were a bit slow. They installed the batteries on a Monday and told me that they would be back to connect the system later in the week but did not advise when. I Emailed them to find out when they would be back but got no response until they rang on Saturday to say they would be there later that day. They also offered a $50 discount if they left the boxes and rubbish behind. They packed the rubbish up neatly, but there was a significant amount of rubbish that I will need to get over several weeks.

I signed with this liars back in June…
I signed with this liars back in June and waited till today 14 August to be installed 28 KW battery as scheduled, no one called to tell me when they will do that and after my call many times to their CS I was told they will be here within hour. Then after 1 and 1/2 hour waiting I got call that they are not coming. I canceled my purchase and asked for refund as I did not want to reschedule with these liars. I would not recommend you to avoid this company.

Friendly staff
Friendly staff. Super helpful to progress with quote and Angel was very patient with me trying to find a suitable place for the battery installation to comply with regulations. Installation team were extremely efficient, friendly and tidy. Great experience all round.
