Friendly staff. Super helpful to progress with quote and Angel was very patient with me trying to find a suitable place for the battery installation to comply with regulations. Installation team were extremely efficient, friendly and tidy. Great experience all round.

Verify every performance and backup claim in writing before signing with this company.
Neovolt/Bytewatt system installed 31 July 2026. Multiple problems:
- Charge rate drops sharply below 20°C — never disclosed before purchase.
- Contracted backup power only works on half the system (one of two inverter stacks). VoltX has refused to even acknowledge this is an error.
- Will not acknowledge any kind of fault whatsoever
- extremely difficult to communicate with.

Efficient and professional service
I received a proposal from Voltx Energy for a 30kWh home battery on 3rd August and they completed the installation on 5th August. They were efficient and professional throughout and the price was good. I am very happy with the end product.

Voltx 30kw battery with 10kw inverter
Only be 1 week but the battery is performing outstanding.. I opted for the larger 10kw inverter with the 2025 30kw battery, install was quick and efficient the installers did a very neat job..
Time will tell about the system performance but as for the install no issues

Solar Battery appraisal for dummies
l could not complain about the service that l recieved from the installation guys, it was performed by competent people, friendly and were more than helpful answering my questions about their product. I had very little idea of how everything worked and they took me right through everything that l needed to know. I am very happy with the system and would recommend it to anyone who asks.

From first contact through to installation of my solar battery, VoltX Energy have been fantastic. The Voltx team were very efficient. It was only a matter of a week after excepting their very economical quote that the solar battery was installed. The two men that installed the battery were exceptional and so was the service after with a follow up call. I would highly recommend Voltx.

Trouble free install
We had our solar panel and battery install completed by the VoltX team. They turned up on time, communicated throughout the day, answered all my questions and took great care with the install process, they were even able to install a seperate EV charger. We're already reaping the benefits of the install and saving having to draw power from the grid.

DON'T PAY FULL UNTIL YOU MONITOR YOUR BATTERY SYSTEM FOR AT LEAST ONE WEEK! I bought a battery system for a very good price (that is why it is not just one star), but the customer service after installation is not good. The installer did a good job installing it in the intended location. The problem is that during the week after installation, I closely monitored the system and realised the battery was not charging. It charged from the grid 2 times randomly, but the system does not recognise that PV excess production should be used to charge the battery. I lodged a complaint, which took nearly 2 weeks to be confirmed, with no timeframe for resolution. Three weeks since installation, no power is being fed to the grid or used to charge the battery and no date for a resolution! Hope your system works right from the beginning; otherwise, sit, wait and pray for a day when someone might come up and fix it!

Great service and product
The sales representative was very helpful and answered all my questions initially, which prompted me to use VoltX. They under promised and over delivered as I was told installation could be 2 to 3 weeks. I paid my deposit on a Thursday and the installation was the following Tuesday! The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and did a neat and tidy installation.
