Bought two chest of drawers for the bedroom. Quality is excellent, assembly instructions were easy to follow, and delivery was prompt. Very pleased and have already ordered something else with them.

Great priced parasol and base. The reason for 4 stars is that l haven't used the parasol yet so l can't comment until l do but it looks fine. There was also a problem with the base not arriving with the parasol. I got in touch with the company and they were quick to reply and find out where my missing base was. Happy to report that it arrived the following day.
This was my first time ordering from this company and despite the problem with the delivery it wouldn't put me off ordering from them again

As a customer that has three of there products i was surprised to find that the G-Series Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer has been increased in price twice by almost £20 in just over a month. That would seem to me to be very sharp practice. I was going to buy one but not now.
Update 30.03.2026.
VonHaus replied Customer Services & they seem to think that increasing a low value product by almost 31% is ok & part of marketing. If you had purchased early or later you would have paid £20 more or lost £20. This would not seem to be the way to attract customers.

The Von Shef dual air fryer I have been using for 2 months is amazing and has totally improved my approach to cooking. Faster, healthier and cleaner. With only the silicon liner to clean, other than a general wipe of the machine, it still looks brand new. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Great customer service. Excellent product at a really good price. Have bought a lawnmower and some wooden chairs. Slight issue but resolved quickly and to 100% satisfaction.

The shelving unit I ordered never arrived. There is no number to call Vonhaus, just a chat bot. They take a day to reply each time.
I eventually requested a refund. This was the quickest response, within 10 mins!

Re Vonhaus reply: I was told by you that the item had been sent back to you and that you'd send another. I hoped you would send one to arrive the next day, as you say if ordered by 1pm this is possible. However, despite replying to you well before that time, I was told it would be 3-5 days. The reply didn't sound like it came from a human so I cancelled the order. This was my first time ordering from Vonhaus and a shame because I won't again.

Beware! Vonhaus guarantee cordless products for 2 years. I've purchased the 40 volt lawn mower and hedge trimmer. The battery lasted 25 months so only a few weeks out of guarantee. Vonhaus do not have replacement batteries available so equipment is now useless.
Forwarded order details, Vonhaus refused to help as product a couple of weeks outside guarantee period!

EVRI lost my package the first time around but the VonHaus customer support team were very helpful and arranged a replacement within a week without quibble. Thanks

I bought the American style barbeque. Good solid construction with lots of options for cooking and keeping the food warm. Although not strictly meant for wood, works fine with wood. Not as easy to dampen down the flames by putting the lid down due to the the grill height lever letting air in but overall great BBQ, price and service from Von Haus.

Had a slight problem with a product it was sorted out straight away a replacement was sent out absolutely first class customer service from start to conclusion would highly recommend them

The delivery man left this in my neighbours garden when i waited in.
Iam an elderly lady and had to dig this in from my doorstep after a neighbour returned it from their garden. Apalling delivery service

Refused to refund my money when I returned an electric wok .No explanation was given . It was returned and tracked by Evri and delivery was confirmed by Evri . Will never shop with van haus or domu brands ever again. Only dealt with this company as it was approved by Tesco market place .
