After the heated throw I bought as a Christmas present went faulty, I had a swift response from the customer service unit at Vonhaus. A refund was with me the same day. I was disappointed with the faulty throw but not with the service of the company.

Not the worst purchase I've ever made but it's close.
I ordered via Amazon but the courier was Evri so delivery was a delayed and frustrating experience.
The handle is a bit short (I’m 5’ 10” and found myself stooping).
The plastic hand grip had a few sharp moulding ridges to sand off for comfort. The grip is big enough for my bare hand but too small if I’m wearing leather gardening gloves.
In the garden the fabric of the trolley was no match for sharp thorns.
The metal parts began rusting after the first rain.
Pulling a moderate load on a pebbled path exposed just how feeble and narrow the wheels are. Tiny 6mm bolt as an axle and there’s enough play at the axle that the wheels tilt alarmingly from side to side. The lower tube on the collapsible handle really limits ground clearance.
Clever design the way it folds for easy storage - with sturdier wheels it would have been a lot more useful.  
Wish I'd spent a bit more on a trolley with bigger wheels.

Ordered angled pole hedge trimmer 14th April via Amazon Web site for VonHaus. Took payment of £89.99 15th April with delivery for 16th April. DNA 16th. Evri site suggested new d/y 21st April. DNA 21st. No new d/y suggested but showing at Tyneside depot on 15th April. Stated contact Evri. Evri not available after 16.00. Via Amazon requested a refund. Waiting. Today is 23rd

VonHaus shipped the item promptly. The only issue was the third party courier. Customer services responded appropriately and quickly to rectify the situation.

Box went together OK but easier if upside down making the ends clip in down. The front and back are too big for 1 old git. Had to tap the hinges into the top as it’s tight between the frame and the top panel but a small screw driver was perfect.

Just purchased a vonhaus from tesco market place .Arrived today. Speedy delivery and well packaged .The only gripe I have is the grass basket.Its so fiddly to assemble. I had to get my neighbour to put basket together for me .Trying to adjust height on lawnmower was tough going as well .Very pleased with my purchase though .

Order arrived quickly and cordless electric shears were just as I expected. Lightweight and easy to use. Make keeping the smaller shrubs tidy in my garden much easier. Grass trimmer attachment ideal for sorting the areas of lawn that my mower can't reach .

Brilliant piece of gardening equipment. Lawn scarifyer got this 80 yr old ladies lawn back to a healthy verdancy after o long winter of growth. Delivery was slow down to delivery company. Excellent customer service.

Really impressed with the customer service from VonHaus. John was helpful, polite, and quick to respond throughout the whole process. After I reported a fault with my torque wrench, he arranged a replacement with no stress and made everything straightforward. It’s rare to get service this smooth and friendly these days. Our electric cordless pruner stopped working close to the end of its 2 year warranty. I emailed support@VonHaus with my receipt and they immediately offered to replace it, no questions asked, without the need to return the failed device. Replacement arrived within a couple of days. Excellent, responsive service - many thanks.

My TV is now securely wall mounted. I am extremely happy with my purchase, it arrived quickly and was easily fitted thanks to the advertising video.
I did not need the additional fixing kit as all of the fittings i needed were supplied with the original kit.
I will be purchasing another bracket for my other tv soon.

The greenhouse is good quality and was easy to erect. The instruction manual was easy to follow. Delivered on time without issue.
