My son is really pleased with the lawn mower it is just what he needed. It does everything and is worth the money i would recommend them to anyone who needs a lawnmower and they don't havea very large on.

Box weighting 13kgs was left at my neighbours house as I wasn’t home and it turned out I was sent a wrong item.

When I raised it with customer service and asked for collection to be arranged I received a replay saying ‘ Thank you for contacting us. We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return your product’
Complete lack of acknowledgement of their mistake.

I then followed up with another email and replay I received was
‘We’re very sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect item, and we completely understand how disappointing this must be.
I have raised this with our warehouse team and arranged for a replacement to be dispatched to you as soon as possible.’

I now have to arrange collection, print out the label (I haven’t got a printer at home) repack the item and all I’m getting is that they understand it’s disappointing, no confirmation of when I order will arrive, no offer or perhaps discount for the inconvenience and delay?

Really poor robotic customer service and big inconvenience for me. Not worth it.

I bought an item listed on Amazon, but the product was never delivered to me, but was flagged as delivered. The proof of delivery was a photo of some elderly couple holding a package that may or may not be the same item. Seller never responded and did not find a resolution. Utter disgrace of a service and unprofessional to the core. Had to get refund from amazon. Do not buy from them.

My order was recived very quickly, it will be a great help in keeping garage neat and tidy

Review for VonHaus Dust Collector. Initially purchased for my bespoke build, kitchen project. Long term, it'll become the dust management system for my small workshop (once its built). Great build quality, as I'd expect from VonHaus and high power suction! Excellent piece of kit!

I bought and paid for an 1800w lawnmower. Instead they sent me an 1800w artificial lawn brush. Someone in the warehouse needs to have their backside kicked for bad reading what should be sent

Waffle maker I purchased - had I known it buzzed whilst heating up and that the lid becomes so hot you need oven mitts on both hands to use it which makes it really daddy and awkward - really disappointed in the product. Delivery of items was fast and received in acceptable time frame and the hand held mixer I purchased is powerful and durable so happy with the mixer that came with variety of attachments good value!

The order came quickly but the battery unit wouldn't charge.
I emailed VonHaus and they sent a replacement out straight away.

At first they sent my parcel out with evri and said it was delivered which it wasn’t, emailed them and they resent the package with a different courier which I received a few days later, very easy and understanding customer support

I love this little lawn mower. So much better than my previous one as it has a two-handed grip (the old one was a one-handed trigger grip) that helps my back and knees. The VonHaus cuts much better, doesn't keep cutting out on an uneven lawn, and the battery just slides out (unlike the old GTech that needed a grip like iron to remove it). Brilliant!

Quick delivery well packed.
However it did take more than 30 minuites to assemble .

Would have given a higher score if the delivery from had arrived on time without needing to contact both VonHaus and EVRI several times.
