Ordering was easy, contact and tracking was great and the product was exactly as described and excellent quality at a good price.

It was delivered quickly and was in good order. Instructions are clear for self assembly. Although lightweight the interconnecting cross members give it significant strength and stability. Additionally their are holes provided so that they can be anchored to a wall or other rigid structure.

Amazing customer service my charger was broke and they could not replace it, as it was I had purchased within in 2 years gave me a brand new replacement. Would definitely recommend to purchase from this company.

Bought the VonHaus 1800W scarifier and aerator. Really excellent piece of kit. Picked up a huge amount from the lawn and although the bag had to be emptied very often, it kept the waste well contained so it was easy to empty and then carry on. Ordering and delivery was efficient, received within a few days. Assembly was pretty straightforward, although the instruction booklet is not the clearest, there are youtube videos if you need any help. I had not heard of VonHaus before, but I would certainly look to buy from them again when anything needs replacing.

I ordered a small under sink cabinet and it arrives very quickly and I can honestly say the quality was excellent AND, (which was a breath of fresh air to me), the instructions and the labelling of the various parts and packages of screws/dowels etc were impeccable- you can’t go wrong with- (it puts IKEA in the shade)

I purchased an XL American BBQ with Accessories. The BBQ turned up minus the circular central grate and when I contacted you regarding this your representatives basically said that the grill could not be sent out separately (didn’t say why) and the options were either unbuild it and send it back or get a £15 credit. I’m sorry but when your spending approaching £200 for something I don’t think that is acceptable practice and thats a shame because failing that I would have given you 5 * as its a quality item with good assembly instructions.
