Product is fine, and as advertised. I ordered a hedge trimmer to replace one which stopped working. Ordered at 11.00 for Next Day Delivery.
The package was passed to Evri the day after the order was placed, and arrived the day after that (2.5 days after the order was placed)
Disappointing, as I was wanting to finish the hedge which I was working on when my trimmer packed up, and I had seen the weather forecast was rain from Day 3 (and it did rain)

I’ve had VonHaus products before and the quality is good. I am a bit disappointed with my most recent purchase (hose pipe) to stretch to 20m is a challenge let alone trying to stretch to twice the size or three times (15m bought). Not quite what I expected from a respectable brand.

However, I am very pleased to share that VonHaus promptly and professionally remedied the issue I had with a very fair and fast conclusion. This type of customer care/ service is something I hold in high regard when making purchases. Thank you VonHaus.

Purchased an American style BBQ. Delivery date given as Wednesday 1st April. Given progress report during the day but in the event NOTHING arrived and nothing has arrived subsequently. Tried to communicate with the delivery company via LIVE CHAT - no result.
Reported issue to credit card company as I believe this blatant FRAUD and planning to report both the initial sales company and the delivery company to Trading Standards. Interestingly, my enquiry re cover for new BBQ - speedy response from the sales company.

Next day if ordered by 1pm was 1 week later no updates or tracking
I ordered elsewhere after emailing for 5 days and von Haus arrived the same day as the alternative

Exactly what I was expecting and satisfied with my purchase , delivery was prompt , would be happy to shop again at vonhaus

I purchased a VonHaus Von Chef Fika Cream & Wood Toaster and Kettle set 6 months ago. The kettle spout filter broke down allowing scale to flow out. the fault was reported to VonHous who responded immediately to resolve it. Unbelievably, and within days, they replaced the complete set of toaster and kettle. What brilliant customer after care service. I would recommend them to anyone. I also buy their garden furniture cover products because of their quality.

The product I ordered was supposedly left in a secure place by their courier Evri
The item was not left near where I work the coordinates should it 500m away in another industrial park.
The advice from both VonHaus and Evri was to go around all the neighbouring businesses to see who had got the item.
Trying to speak to someone is extremely difficult and you only get AI chat bots.

If I could leave less I would. I purchased this company’s brand garden chair via Debenhams last summer - at the end. Within 3 weeks really marked and stained and ‘weather’ protection not working obviously and arm loose.

Contacted Debenhams and said ‘small print’ shows they have to go to brand and ask what they want to do - so contract isn’t with Debenahms! But Vonhaus. They don’t answer messages or anything and finally after 11 months - return the chair to us at your cost as has to be repackaged, I’m disabled and can’t do myself, or we will offer 15% off.

Chair is unusable, wood split etc, but return or 15% off - customer service has been diabolical…

very nice item and dispatched quickly, unfortunately it didn't cut grass it was not powerful enough. and im still waiting for the refund.

Good quality product, speedily dispatched. Lighter than expected, easier to propel (scarifying) than expected, both positive. As other online reviews mention, moss/grass collector fills really quickly. Have only used scarifier function so far - yet to try aerator.

Bought a Heavy Duty Mesh Garden Cart Trolley and in my humble opinion it's the best cart out there. It's built like a tank.

Really well make and versatile, runs great on inflatable tires.

I bought it to run gear to and from the beach and to replace the more traditional canvas cart we did have that fell apart.

I had one small defect in the cart when assembling and they replied to my email enquiry almost immediately were really helpful and they were more than generous with their solution. A full refund and I got to keep the cart.

There is not one bad word I can say here, amazing company and amazing cart.
