Ordered a gift for my son which never arrived , apparently lost in the post . A replacement was ordered which also went missing. Having asked for a refund nothing has appeared despite me chasing it. I fear it will not happen. Buyer beware . Don’t be fooled by the response below, the refund has still not happened despite many promises. I had pretty much resigned myself to having been ripped off but 5 weeks and multiple emails later my refund has been processed.

Commande de deux parfums qui n’ont jamais été reçus. Puis j’ai demandé le remboursement, j’ai reçu un remboursement sur 2. Le responsable que je n’ai pas arrêté de contacter me promettait de me rembourser dans les meilleurs délais, mais le remboursement n’est jamais parvenu. Je lui ai annoncé que j’allais le signaler.

NO HAN ABONADO LOS 56,17€.He reclamado mi DINERO vía email y vía su formulario desde el día 03/03/2025 y dicen que ya lo han reembolsado.MENTIRA.Sé un "poquito" del funcionamiento de las devoluciones/bancos y al menos debiera aparecer como abono pendiente. ESTAFA?,no lo sé pero TOMADURA DE PELO SÍ.

Voleurs ! Ma commande n'a jamais été envoyée et je n'ai jamais été remboursé. Malgré mes multiples relances, le vendeur me fait tourner en rond et aucun remboursement n'a été initié. Expérience désastreuse et service client déplorable. Ce site semble opérer en toute impunité et constitue une véritable arnaque. À éviter absolument !

Une commande passée en décembre 24 et qui n'arrive jamais 😒 Des excuses diverses et variées : le produit n'est plus en stock, on essaye de le trouver dans un autre point de vente, un problème de livraison, un site internet qui ne fonctionne pas et, même quand il s'agit d'être remboursée, ça ne fonctionne toujours pas ! C'est à désespérer : le même scénario que beaucoup de clients qui se sont fait avoir ! J'attends mon remboursement avant de faire un signalement. Dans tous les cas, passez votre chemin ! Je vous tiens au courant...

Another non delivery experience
Hi, I too ordered from VR Perfumery on 15th December and unfortunately seem to be in the same boat as many others in having not received my goods. Appreciate it is a busy time around Christmas for suppliers but to have nothing show up by February and no comms either is shameful.
Have contacted the info@ address and hope they respond promptly with a refund.
Please be careful in choosing to use this company as I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

Avoid - you will be out of pocket.
I placed an order with VR Perfumery on 26/10/2024 for a perfume that never arrived. When I contacted their support team, I received a response informing me that the parcel couldn’t be located. They offered me the choice between a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the refund and was told on 25/11/2024 that it was being processed.
Despite this assurance, I didn’t receive my refund. I followed up on 13/12/2024 and got a response on 14/12/2024, promising they’d look into it. But again, nothing happened. I reached out on 21/12/2024 but got no reply, so I emailed again on 09/01/2025. On 11/01/2025, I was informed they would refund me via direct bank transfer “promptly.”
Now, it’s late January, and after chasing them yet again on 20/01/2025 and 23/01/2025, I still have not received my refund or a proper resolution. This issue has dragged on across four months, and the service has been appalling.
I regret not reading reviews beforehand because this experience mirrors the frustrations of other customers. VR Perfumery has proven to be untrustworthy and unresponsive, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them if they value their time and money.
This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company.

Ich habe ein Parfum bestellt. Als es nach 14 Tagen nicht ankam habe ich Daniel geschrieben, dieser hat sofort geantwortet. Scheinbar hat es Probleme mit dem Transportunternehmen gegeben. Er bot mir an, das Parfum nochmal zu senden, oder mir meine Bezahlung zurück zu erstatten. Ich wollte meinen Betrag Rückerstattet bekommen. 4 Werktage später hatte ich meine Geld wieder. Ist zwar schade, dass das Parfum nicht ankam, aber sowas kann passieren und wie erwähnt die Rückerstattung erfolgte sofort, also kann ich mich nicht beschweren.
