WOW!
WOW! If your debating training in VWax, using VWax products in your salon or if you are a client considering a treatment at a salon who uses VWax- you won't regret it!
I've completed a Male genitialia course with the CEO Natalie & Female Genitialia course with their trainer Louise.
What stands out is their passion, knowledge and consistency where it comes to training. Providing multiple real life models, exams, Q&A, live photos and promotional material and a online portal to refer back to.
I am not only impressed with their wealth of knowledge and training but the VWAX products itself. It has been revolutionary for both myself as a professional and business growth but also for my clients Vwax journey!
I have my third course booked for a few weeks time and I can be sure it won't be my last!

Apologies that you are experiencing problems with your order. I did received your email on Friday, which I believe I had responded to but upon checking today after seeing your review, I can see it hasn't delivered to you for whatever reason, so I can only apologise for the lack of communication.
Within that email, I had explained your order was on it's way back to us, but I can't see the reasoning for that until it arrives back with us. I have instructed for this to be resent out to you with some additional items as an apology.
Issues do arise on occasion and we will always do what we can to rectify as soon as possible.

Please bring back the original healing treatment oil
I think your products are amazing however I am really disappointed that you can no longer purchase the original healing treatment oil. I ordered 6 bottles thinking it was the original one to find that the new one arrived and I can’t actually use it as planned as it makes me itchy.

What do you feel is making you itch that's included in the new ingredients? Do you have any allergies?
The formulation is more potent than the previous oil as it provides a deeper healing within the skin cellular structure.

We appreciate your comment, however feel it is very unfair as we have tried to contact you multiple times regarding your booking.
You have expressed you have had no correspondence from VWax or your trainer when we have all actually spoke. When I personally spoke to you, I tried to offer you various solutions to assist you with your booking as you had got the date mixed up, but then I have been unsuccessful in speaking to you. Your trainer also asked to for you to confirm your email address as she's also sent emails regarding your booking but you haven't confirmed your email address with her. Following you leaving this review, after it's being automatically prompted from our website, it appears your email address is correct and hasn't change since I spoke you.
On that basis, we now have a lower review score because you haven't been sincere. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us at vegeneration20@mail.com
