My pay day 29th February I check my account still I don't received any money how long it's takes get BACS payment to receive and still card service not fixed

Please can i have my money back it’s been like some weeks now since i was send £600 in three instalment an known of them was received I didn’t receive any money tried complaining no response sent them emails no response so im confused an now my clients say money left their account but on my side still haven’t receive till date please i need help .

Están desmantelando el banco, han cancelado las tarjetas a todo el mundo, han cancelado el chat de soporte y no responden ni por teléfono ni por mail. Por suerte, no tenía mucho dinero metido y he podido recuperar todo después de esperar una semana. Nadie explica nada y si leéis los comentarios estamos todos igual. No os deis de alta, esto va a cerrar en cualquier momento.

Il giorno 17/01/2024 mi è stato stornato un pagamento tramite la loro carta , ad oggi 09/02/2024 i soldi non mi sono stati accreditati . Ho provato ogni tipo di messaggio tramite assistenza ma niente nessuna risposta in più la loro email per richiedere assistenza è stata chiusa .

Bonjour , depuis le 22 janvier j’ai fais effectuer deux virements l’un de 6000€ et l’autre de 6080€ , juste après avoir fais le virement j’ai reçu un mail disant que mon compte a été bloquer et que la banque a résilier mon compte , le soucis est que mes amis n’ont pas reçu le virement et j’ai pas été restituer non plus , j’ai toujours accès aux compte mais je ne sont pas ou sont passer mes fonds , et depuis ce temps la banque ne réponds à aucun de mes mails . Alors que j’ai urgemment besoin de ces fonds pour régler soucis personnels.

Having issues with being paid at the moment. Was meant to get my wages on Jan 31st but haven't received anything yet over a week later. Missing payments from friends and family too. Have tried to contact support but they are not replying. Just want to actually receive my monthly work pay.

El peor servicio que he visto en toda mi vida, me han bloqueado la tarjeta física así como la virtual sin ningún tipo de información ni explicación. Desastroso!!!!

Es la peor fintech que he visto en la vida la tarjeta funcionaba cuando quería la mitad de veces daba error el pago pero si que descontaban el dinero de la cuenta y otras muchas veces se duplicaban, triplicaban o cuádruplicaban los cargos teniendo que contactar con ellos cada dos por tres para poder solucionarlo digo funcionaba porque han eliminado todas las tarjetas dejando la app inútil y sin poder disponer del dinero ahora me han realizado tres pagos no autorizados en estados unidos les contacté vía email que es la única opción que ahora mismo tienen disponible me hicieron rellenar un formulario y después de unas semanas me dicen que no me van a abonar los cargos no autorizados que reclame al banco de lituania supongo que habrán tenido algún problema de seguridad para que hayan eliminado todas las tarjetas a los usuarios y restringido la atención al cliente alegando que ahora tienen muchas consultas.
Vamos lo nunca visto en una aplicación de este tipo vergonzoso para nada recomendable.

Witty retained some money in my account (dating back a few good months now) for set reasons. They recently reached out confirming the amount but have refused to comment further even after I sent them a few emails this week. I just want my money back. It’s unfair the way they treat people.

Fraudsters!!! Contact the website/team in my title review for refund! I realize my $30,000 was frozen from my account but I successfully got a refund

Je dois recevoir un virement sur mon compte w1tty 2002€ depuis le compte de ma sœur bunq il mon confirmé avoir faire le virement être bien arrivé au bénéficiaire mais je n’ai pas reçu les fonds j’ai pris contacte avec eux au je n’ai reçu aucune réponse et je ne sais où es mon argent .

Disgusting company that steals your money. Avoid at ALL costs. Sent myself £25.34 from my PayPal, still nothing in the account and no response at all from customer services. Shocking, disgusting, and will be reporting to the FCA if I don’t receive it today.

EDIT: yesterday they decided to put the 1p deposit from PayPal in my account that they send to verify the bank. Very angry as to why they didn’t just add the £25.43 at the same time. Sent them proof of payment from Paypal to their email numerous times with no response. I’ll be contacting the FCA this morning. This money was for my son’s medication that he’s desperate for. How disgusting that a company can just play with your money.

They’ll be closed down in no time. AVOID.
