Brilliant customer service from Waddle Insurance when i enquired about life critical life insurance.
I spoke to a Financial advisor called Liam & he explained everything in detail. He covered every aspect.
I then received a welcome pack to fill in the paperwork. I was helped by the lovely Bethan who telephoned me at a pre arranged time to help me fill this out & answer any questions.
A bonus is there are discounts from everyday stores too which was a nice suprise. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was great from start to finish, Olivia my financial advisor who I dealt with from the start was brilliant at finding old policys not fit for me now and changed and consolidated things. Very good

Was recommended to give Matthew a call by my mum after having problems getting life cover elsewhere due to my health. He was very helpful in finding a company that would cover me especially having a baby now I needed something in place. The process was straightforward, he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what I was getting and the next steps and the premium is easily affordable.

From start to finish this has been the easiest process. From not knowing a thing about insurance or income protection to understanding everything and being able to speak to really people and ask questions was great. I was able to have a video call with Amy and she shared her screen to show me lots of documents and make it so simple to understand. It was also really relaxed like you were talking to a friend who was able to advise you, not scary at all!
The Becky helped me with my welcome paper work and helped me claim my rewards voucher. Very glad I went ahead and have piece of mind for the future.
