Easy to order and delivery went well, came earlier than expected. Fences up and survived the strong winds

We did not receive a dispatch email to say that our order had been dispatched. Nor did we receive any email to let us know of the delivery date of our order. This company was delivering our order themselves, so they could have been in touch with us to let us know. Instead we had to call them and someone said they will find out about the dispatchment of our order and get back to us, but no-one did. Then we called them again and this time they informed us that we will receive our order after 8 days (after putting in the order online).
They need to keep in touch with their customers, or at least provide a delivery date at the time of ordering.
The products which we ordered were of good quality and the driver was very helpful.

This is a top company I have rescently found them on the internet I ordered a steel lintel and required it urgently the customer service was excellent and it arrived in three days I then ordered another lintel again required urgently again i received an excellent response from Wades I will use them again as both the customer service and their costs are excellent

I waited the set time stipulated for expected delivery then chased up and found that one of the items was not in stock and was expected for another month so they did not send the order out until they had it all. I get stocking issues but at least inform the buyer so they could find alternatives if need be.

Found the fence panels on Ebay confirmed the price i then called the company and confirmed the delivery address. This took all of 20 minutes to do and fencing arrived 3 days later excellent service

We were let down by another supplier at short notice. Rang Wade Building Supplies Ltd to find out whether they had the type of lintel that we required in both the sizes and quantities that were needed, and if they could be delivered the next working day, or at most the day after. They were very helpful, the items were competitively priced and their express delivery did not cost the earth. The order was placed via their website, and the lintels were safely delivered to site the following morning.
