Extremely disappointing experience with Wakefit. I ordered 2 chairs and paid online, but the company delivered only 1 chair. Despite contacting their customer support repeatedly for several days, they have not provided any proper update or solution.
It feels like customers are ignored after payment is made. I am now forced to file a complaint with consumer authorities and the payment gateway for refund or delivery of the missing product.
I would not recommend Wakefit if this is how they treat their customers.

How a Single Wakefit Chair Order Turned Into a Six-Month Ordeala Office…
I purchased a Wakefit Gravita Office Chair, and the entire experience turned into a six-month ordeal.
First, the delivery itself took more than two months. The chair was delivered only after I filed a complaint with the consumer forum. Wakefit claimed that my location was not serviceable due to logistics issues, which did not make sense because they had previously delivered a mattress and a dresser to the same address which i ordered with the chair and got months before i received chair.
When the chair finally arrived, I discovered that it appeared to be a used display unit rather than a new product. It was also missing essential items, including the key required to tighten the screws and the spray that was supposed to be included.
When I requested a return, it took another three months for Wakefit to arrange the pickup. During this process, they introduced a condition that had never been communicated earlier—that I had to first disassemble the chair myself, pack it, send them photographs of the packed chair, and only then would they arrange the pickup.
Since the chair uses a hydraulic mechanism, it is easy to assemble but difficult to disassemble without professional assistance. Wakefit asked me to pay ₹500 (their WhatsApp support message actually mentioned ₹400) for technician assistance. They said that a technician would come, help disassemble the chair, provide packaging materials, and that after I sent photographs of the packed chair, they would dispatch the pickup.
However, after I paid the amount, the technician who came did not disassemble the chair or pack it. He simply took the chair away, while I was left with the original cardboard box that Wakefit had sent. Ironically, when the packaging materials arrived, they informed me that since the matter had already been dragging on for so long, they would arrange the pickup directly.
As a result, I ended up returning a used product and still incurred a loss of ₹500 for a service that was never provided. Throughout this process, I also had to endure six months of constant follow-ups and unnecessary stress.
To make matters worse, when I informed Wakefit that I had not received my refund, instead of providing the transaction reference number so that I could check with my bank, they asked me to share my bank statements from the date they initiated the refund until the date I reported that I had not received it.
FYI: because of all this i wanted to return all the products i purchased from wakefit but sadly I missed the deadline window for it as this dragged for so long, not gonna buy any product from them for sure.

This is hands-down the most abysmal customer service I've encountered. They perpetually delay resolutions by escalating timelines without any meaningful response to their own emails. You'll be told to wait two days, only for them to ghost you—then, when you follow up, they shockingly create a fresh ticket and demand another two-day wait. This infuriating cycle drags on endlessly, even if you've shelled out for a 2-3 year warranty. Utterly pathetic and deeply disappointing.

I had ordered a bed frame from Wakefit, it arrived with full damages and the Wakefit carpenter said that we have complained and in 2 days u will get the new cot and we will come install it.
It’s been almost 2 week, no response.
I have been following up with customer care and no response.

Totally fraud company with no real customer service. They give same preprepared response over and over again. I ordered a mattress which was delivered on time initially. I asked for replacement with the replacement time window because of wrong size. It's been 2 weeks the old mattress was picked up. It doesn't get updated in their system as recieved by them. I provided proof with AWB tracking which shows clearly that it has been picked up by their logistics. Even after that I get same reply every time that it would be updated in 24-48 hrs ( about 7 times same reply now). No replacement mattress was shipped. Now they are sitting on my money and don't want to refund the money or send replacement. Avoid this company as plague!

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Wakefit.
It has been almost half a month and my order is still not delivered. Multiple delivery dates were promised. The delivery executive even called and confirmed the delivery, but nothing happened. No delivery, no accountability.
Customer support only keeps saying “sorry sir” every time they call. Apologies do not solve the problem. There is no proper coordination, no commitment, and no respect for customers’ time.
This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before placing an order. Be prepared for delays, false promises, and poor after-sales support.

My experience with Wakefit has been absolutely horrible.
I placed an order for a mattress and a waterproof protector on 30th January in the same purchase. The protector was delivered, but the mattress never arrived. I was promised delivery by 10th February.
On Feb 10, without any prior call, message, or apology, the delivery date was pushed to the 15th. When I contacted support, they casually repeated the new date as if delays of several days are normal.
Then on the 15th, it was again postponed to the 22nd.
No communication.
No ownership.
No explanation.
Just scripted replies saying “don’t worry.”
What exactly should a customer not worry about?
It has already been more than two weeks since you took the money.
When I asked why this was happening, I was told to send an email and wait 48 hours. That is not support — that is avoidance.
I asked for cancellation. Instead of helping, your agents kept educating me about “self-serve.” Fine — I cancelled it myself.
But the refund? Not initiated.
Now I am being told weekends and holidays don’t count and it will take another 2–5 days. Amazing efficiency when taking payment, unbelievable delays when returning it.
And the final insult — you refuse to take back the mattress protector because of “policy.”
What am I supposed to do with a protector without a mattress?
This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.
Terrible delivery management, zero proactive communication, and helpless customer service.
I will think many times before ordering again.
Extremely Poor
I purchased a mattress from this brand and initiated a return over a month ago, but till today the return pickup has not been completed. I have followed up multiple times with customer support, but I only receive excuses, delays, or generic responses with no real action.
It is extremely frustrating to keep a bulky mattress at home for weeks with no clarity on when it will be picked up. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and poor after-sales service. A company may sell a good product, but if they cannot handle returns properly, it reflects badly on the brand.
I would not recommend this brand to anyone unless they are 100% sure they won’t need a return. Very disappointing experience

Customer support was slow, unhelpful, and eventually backed off from taking responsibility instead of resolving the issue. Lack of ownership and accountability makes this brand hard to trust. Disappointed with quality & service
I am a repeat purchaser of wakefit mattresses. I've had a great experience 1st three times, but at the 4th time of purchase, the quality was quite poor and led to a backache for me. However, the moment of truth came when their customer service was too stubborn on the 100-day return period and was not willing to make any exceptions despite genuine reasons at my end. I am disappointed.
