Easy to navigate website and place order. Delivery accurately timed. Really well packed. The only reason didn't give full stars is due to items being g little more expensive than other sites.

I am absolutely livid with the abysmal service I've received from Wallvibes. I spent over £140 on a painting from them, eagerly anticipating its arrival to adorn my walls. What did I get instead? The wrong painting. A piece completely unrelated to what I ordered.
Naturally, I contacted customer service, expecting them to rectify the mistake promptly. What did they do? Offered me a measly £12 refund as if that could make up for their colossal blunder.
To add insult to injury, they assured me they would send the correct painting right away. Guess what? Weeks have passed, and there's still no sign of it. I'm not just out of pocket; I'm out of a painting too.
Their incompetence and disregard for their customers' time and money are beyond infuriating. I've been left empty-handed and utterly disappointed. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Wallvibes at all costs. They're nothing but a bunch of scam artists masquerading as a legitimate business.
terrible service
terrible service. I purchased two prints a month ago and still not received them. Communication is terrible and I cant seem to get anywhere or hear back from them. Would not recommend.

I purchased an item that was not delivered, the courier delivered it to the wrong address.
I sent a message to customer service they said I refused the delivery.
How can I refuse delivery of an item that never arrived .
No follow up I had to chase them. Not difficult to offer basic good service. I would but elsewhere judging by the unhappy customer reviews

Disgraceful customer service
After receiving my picture that was damaged, which was not through delivery but sent out damaged, I contacted them and the reply was they would send a new frame, I thought ok I'll accept that, but low and behold no new frame and totally ignoring my emails, I was willing to buy more from them, but after this absolutely no way, disgusting customer service.

Appalling customer service. I have sent numerous emails that are completely ignored. Received damaged item. Had to pay to return it. I've asked for my return postage to be refunded so many times. Received nothing. AVOID!!!

I can’t express my gratitude to Wallvibes. I damaged one of my sons large frames whilst trying to put it up on a wall whilst he was away 😫 I contacted Wallvibes in a panic asking if I could purchase a new frame as the print was fine. They immediately said they would and when I asked about the cost they said they would replace it free of charge including the postage! Amazing! They went above and beyond to help!!

There was a problem with delivery and although it was Evri, as usual who let us down, the company took the responsibility of resolving the issue. i am pleased with the outcome and can recommend them, knowing that if there is a problem they are professional and will deal with the issue. Fantastic customer service!
I spent £112 on the framed “The Coloured Rain” Banksy print with white border. The product that arrived did not match the quality of the premium product advertised and expectation for the price point. Having raised this with customer service, they were exceptionally quick and helpful with their response. I have since received a framed print more in line with premium quality advertised and price paid.
I am perhaps being generous with 4 stars because really you shouldn’t have to go through the process to get the correct product, but as I said the customer service really was second to none and that is a big selling point these days!

My frame arrived faulty and after contacting customer service they were quick to act and have promised to deliver me a new frame. Will update this review when I get the frame. Impressive service so far!

Customer relations leave a lot to be desired with this company! Told delivery date would be the 12th…turns out they only sent it on the 12th??? Also wondering if I didn’t ask for a tracking number would they have given it to me? Don’t give customers delivery dates if they won’t even be near accurate. Also giving customer’s one word rude replies to emails isn’t how I would conduct a company specially when they are paying £100’s of pounds!! Something to think about.
Anyway received order today…. happy with prints but frames are very cheap/flimsy. I will say they came very well packaged thank god, I would hate to try and contact this company again to get replacements!
*UPDATE*
I have been contacted by customer service since review and have been offered an apology aswell as a goodwill gesture which is much appreciated. They have accepted that improvements need to be made so let’s hope this happens.
