Easy to navigate website and place order. Delivery accurately timed. Really well packed. The only reason didn't give full stars is due to items being g little more expensive than other sites.

Great Product, Response times differ from website
Editing review as I have now received my item.
The product is great (only one tiny flaw) and comes with full hanging line at the back.
The reason for 3* is the delay in response from their customer service. I first contacted the customer service as the print hadn’t arrived after a week (delivery was meant to be 2-4 days)
I emailed a total of 4 times, sent Instagram messages, Facebook messages and even went to extent of leaving Instagram and tiktok comments. After 5 days when none of these had been responded to (they mention on their website all emails are responded to within 24 hours) I began the process of claiming back the money from my credit card as I did not believe I would receive the product.
I then received an email to say it had been dispatched via APC but no tracking number was given. When I called the courier they told me there was no record of a delivery to my address.
I then found a phone number on this trustpilot page- I got through to customer service and from then on they have been very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way until it arrived today.
If the customer service had responded before a week of stress and leaving me legitimately thinking I would never see my £150 again I would have given 4-5 stars.
My advice would be for the company to amend their website to state realistic delivery / response times to avoid this in future.

Not very happy about the order . Or communication which a member . Calling me hard work after spending £419 and wondering after 2 weeks where my photos are .. really wouldn’t recommend these to anyone that’s for sure and my big picture came damaged and they won’t do anything about it after showing pictures of the damage 1 of 10 rating for sure

Ok product - great prints - cheap frames
Delivery was later than advised. Quality of the frames is cheap for the price I bought 2 so £100. Great prints though & would buy again.

Young company with teething problems
I was sent the wrong item and couldn't get hold of customer services on email or social media. I was contacted then by Wallvibes after writing a review on Trustpilot. They were very helpful and refunded the picture and also sent the correct one. It came very, very late unfortunately so I wasn't able to hang it in time for our grand opening. I still appreciate the gesture and as the company is still quite young I understand there will be teething problems. I hope they can learn from their mistakes and improve in the future.

Nice looking frame, just need to improve communication
Frame was damaged but I got a replacement after I emailed. Only piece of advice would be that we get a reply from customer service as I got the new frame but wasn’t aware that was going to be the case. All is well now though, the frame looks amazing.
