A really excellent service all round, the team were always accommodating and willing to reorganise the furniture several times to get the right result.

We had the best experience with this company. From the first phone call to someone coming out to give a quote. Then on the two days of Removals, the guys were more than on time, nothing was to much trouble, worked so quickly, very professional & polite, couldn't do enough for us.

Had a great experience with Anthony Ward Thomas. Booking was fast and straightforward. Movers were lovely- punctual, careful but fast, very efficient, and very friendly. Had several unwieldy and delicate objects (large paintings, a treadmill, and an antique dresser) and these were packed and moved without any issues. Would happily use them again.

Professional, trustworthy and very careful with our possessions. Great experience. We used them to pack our stuff and move out of our London flat (eight flights of stairs and no lift!). It was so convenient to also be able to use their storage facility, as we moved to an Airb&b short term, and therefore didn't have to make our own enquiries of storage solutions. They also provided a cleaning service for our old flat and a handy man to undertake small repairs and do painting. When we found a long term let outside of London, they simply delivered our stuff from their storage facility and all our possessions from the Airb&b. A brilliant, end to end service, no hassle, no complaints just satisfaction! Thank you Anthony Ward Thomas and especially the reliable and ever present Lauren co-ordinating everything!

Barnabus, Michael and the team were amazing from start to finish.They made the whole process seemless and stress free. Precise labelling and packing made the unpacking in our new home very straightforward.

Another excellent experience of Ward Thomas for the final move into a property after 5 months of stuff in storage. Okeino brought his positive, cheerful, ‘can do’ attitude and the detail with which the boxes had been packed and labelled meant we were quickly unpacked. The team were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Ward Thomas highly enough!

I have now used Ward Thomas and Charlie parry and his team on multiple moves. Some have been extremely complicated with items being packed to be distributed to multiple locations both uk and abroad.
The team has always been extremely helpful, cheerful under pressure, polite and efficient. I would absolutely continue to use them.

Professional and efficient from start to finish. Okeino, Kieron and team worked tirelessly on the hottest day of the year packing and storing my possessions. They bought an air of calmness to a very busy 2 days. I can’t recommend them enough.

To facilitate renovation of our home we've moved all our furniture into storage. This company's lorries claim "We remove everything....even worry". But they didn't.

The crew of four rowed amongst themselves. We're pretty sure a small porcelain item was broken during packing - but nothing was admitted, which would have been accepted.
They couldn't wait to get away after five hours and left leaving an entire wardrobe of my clothes untouched.

No follow up. Even when politely invited by email to phone and hear some honest feedback, the offer has been passed up with no response.

Very pleased with my move with AWT, they are very competent, clean, quick and careful. They help at every opportunity even with small things. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

from the start of the process ( contacting your staff to arrange a visit to lead to a quotation - I cannot remember the young lady's name) through the visit itself, the booking process, the emptying of our Fulham flat and its delivery to our house in Edinburgh, I have nothing but the warmest praise for the way it was all handled. The packing up was meticulously handled, likewise the offloading and minor changes to our requirements were always dealt with willingly. A wonderful calming experience in what I know is a stressful exercise.
